Hot Spring Resort

Remote location, nice in-room hot springs

The room is small and cozy for one person, had my own bathtub, so that is a plus. The only (tiny) inconvenience is that there is no elevator, so I recommend travelers pack light. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I like the surrounding area as well.

Nice quality of hot spring with friendly service. The room design follows Japanese style. It would be great that the mountain view could be possible when staying in the room.

The hotel is on top of the hill so it's a bit hard to walk to. Parking is limited too. But the service staff secured a space for us and patiently directed us to get there. The room and tub are spacious. The breakfast tasted great and was reasonably priced. Spring water had a very strong sulfur smell and shower water smelled of sulfur too. The staff is very kind and helpful. The inside is a bit confusing and there is no elevator. But the rooms look nice and clean.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I couldn’t find anything good about this place. The room was filled with a smell like urine all night, which made us suffer the entire night, and when I asked the staff to change rooms, he said (only in Chinese) that there were no rooms left that day. He didn’t even come to my room to take care of or help fix the problem. The car park was also terrible—limited—and the staff initially refused to assist there too. Please do not book this hotel just because it has a hot spring inside; that may actually be the cause of the horrible smell.

We were a group of seven staying from 1–2 November 2025. Good Service: The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to go down from the hotel, which is located on a mountain slope. We requested an early check-in at 5 p.m. as we had a baby, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request. Since the building has four storeys and our rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floors, the staff also helped carry all our luggage to the rooms — much appreciated! Cleanliness: The toilet and hot spring areas were clean, bright, and well-maintained. Minor Issue: I stayed on the top floor, and around 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. we heard some noises from the ceiling — possibly from animals. I couldn’t sleep well that night. We gave feedback to the receptionist, who explained that the building is close to the forest and the sounds might have come from raccoons. Overall: We were satisfied with our stay. The excellent service and cleanliness made it a pleasant and enjoyable experience overall.

This hotel located on the mountain which is about 1km from beitou station, the hotel is provided a pick up service from near the hotel to the hotel. The room and services here is nice. But you have to check in after 4:00p.m

The staff is kind, but the room is not good enough and pretty old.

Old hotel Very good service from hoteliers. Considering very strategic location by walking distance to the hotspring attractions. They also offered free car service from new beitou mrt to hotel (I didn’t know till I checked in so I have spent TWD 150 to go there) Only disadvantage point is the hotel has no lift but they offered to bring our luggage to the room. I like the private hotel spring bath tub in the room but it is better if they can renovate to a modern type.
