Good and easy to check in by my self don't need reception about room nice Notting bad I will come back to stay again anytime 👍👍👍

Booked the Classic Double Room, ok for 1 traveller, but not for 2 travellers as too small, no space for luggages. 5 minutes' walk to NTU Hospital station exit 1, cut through 228 Peace Memorial Park, a bit dark at night but still got people walking through when i walked by close to around 9pm. Alternatively, can walk to hotel from Ximen Station exit 4 walk 10 munutes and turn when you pass by Starbucks. Self check in, key in your name better than booking number when finding your booking. No issue for me but found the Filipino family in front having some difficulty to check in. No staff around to help, but you can call using a phone next to the self check in machine.

Location was good. Walking distance to Ximen MRT is just 10mins away. Room is clean and comfortable.

Overall a good hotel. Loved the free airport transfer by Tesla model X. Only issue with the hotel is the room walls are very thin… can hear what the neighbour are talking and doing.

Room clean and cleaner very friendly Location near MRT NTU Hospital. But check in have to through Kiosk machine and we using Trip.com to book and send us booking number through watapps but when we use internal phone ask and the staff sound not really unfriendly seem like we don't read through out the message, they need confirmation number to key in instead of booking number and bla bla to say..2nd we double comfirm the room with window we had booked but staff said that is no window and we said we confirm the booking attached with window cause we want this type..And a joke was staff said u can't choose the room and that was not scary without window..We think all staff have to learn how to answer passengers issues.

Very great location, not far from Taipei Main Station and also NTU Hospital Station. Room cleaners are very friendly and helpful. Room is neat and the room size is comfortable for solo tourist as me.

An OK accomodation that gets the job done. The room I stayed in wasn't particularly clean, especially the PC chair and desk mat, they were both visibly dirty. Only 2 pillows were given, and the toilet doesn't have a bidet. I know that sounds like I'm entitled or spoiled but my intent to mention it is purely because I've been in cheaper rooms that offered better options. The front desk was in a separate building which was across where I stayed. The kiosk for check-ins was relatively convenient to use. However, only 1 key card is given for the room. Stay here for location and somewhat for the price.
