Het is dicht bij Ximending, maar er zijn slechts 2 tandenborstels voor 4 personen, maar 4 handdoeken! De kamerairconditioner is niet koud, de koelkast is niet koud! De kamer was benauwd! Maar de lobby is prachtig! De lobby was voorheen op de eerste verdieping, maar is nu verplaatst naar de t****e verdieping om zelf in te checken
Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, maar het ziet er van boven goed uit, zal de volgende keer het ontbijt willen proberen, maar zal veranderen in een kamer met een raam!

Over het algemeen schoon! De locatie is ook geweldig! Net naast de uitgang van het MRT-station Ximen!
Alleen weet de kamerkaart niet waarom de deur niet geopend kan worden! Als je op de eerste verdieping bent, vraag je de ober om je te helpen de kaart opnieuw door te geven voordat je hem kunt openen! Dit moet worden verbeterd

Ik heb de 27e om 5:00 uur gereserveerd, maar het systeem geeft aan dat ik van de 26e 00:00 uur tot de 27e 11:00 uur heb ingecheckt op de 27e om 06:00 uur en dat ik moet uitchecken om 11:00 Hoe kan ik de 27e 's ochtends reserveren? Er werd mij 2200 in rekening gebracht voor een check-in van 5 uur. Het hotel heeft mij verteld dat ik deze situatie heb ontdekt. Ik hoop dat de hotelmanager 12 uur kan accommoderen, maar mij is verteld dat ik het niet duidelijk heb gezien . Het is verbijsterend. Het kostte me bijna een half uur om me aan de balie te registreren voor slechts 5 uur. Ik weet dat ik het niet duidelijk heb gezien, maar hoe kan het systeem een reservering maken zonder 12 uur? Als ik om 10.00 uur incheck. Uitchecken om 11. Het hotelpersoneel zal me zeker antwoorden, ik heb verkeerd begrepen dat ik verantwoordelijk was en ik kon niet meer terug nadat ik een beslissing had genomen. Het was mijn eigen probleem. Het mooiste landschap in Taiwan was volledig verloren gegaan voor de manager van Deli Zhuang , wat heel erg is.

I booked a family room with two double beds. I sent an email right away to them after receiving a confirmation of booking to clarify, that it can accommodate up to 4 adults. They said “Yes” but when we arrived at hotel last May 14, 2023 around 4 midnight, they were telling me that it can only accommodate up to 2 adults and I have to pay extra for other 2 pax. It was very disappointing, since we assumed and state clearly on the email that we are all fit on the room. We paid additional 12k pesos or 6K NTD. Few points: 1) trip.com should have had the disclaimer to protect consumers with this type of booking consumers 2)The hotel could have not confirmed that 4 person is included on the booking. This is against the consumer rights and we will report to DTI about this type of scam so proper action will be taken accordingly. This is an unfair charging to tourists. I hope to receive a feedback upon this asap. Thank you!

Location is excellent, but no cleaning the area between window and sofa, even has tissues n rubbish there. The room a bit dark and air conditioning cannot be adjusted, too cold should turn off the air conditioning and turn on after awhile need air flow in the room, cause window can’t be opened. Bathroom don’t know when no air exhausted and no control by guest?
