Taicang Karuizawa Hot Spring Hall

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

這是一個外面看上去非常普通，而裏面卻很精緻。非常喜歡酒店的裝潢。這也是一個獨特的酒店，從一進門就換鞋，和泡温泉先洗乾淨在泡，和日本泡温泉像是。酒店很安靜，在房間不受外界干擾。工作人員服務好，見面就問好，有問題及時解決。温泉水乾淨，人不多。餐廳服務態度也很好。有位日本婆婆特別好，一邊幫我們煮壽喜鍋，一邊和我們聊東京與神户口味不同在哪裡。日式料理很正宗。總之這次旅行非常滿意！

房間寬敞，日式風格，包含沙發休閑區，衹是沒有電視機（其實有電視也沒什麼可以看）。一張2米大床足夠大，衹是這個季節被子太厚太熱晚上睡不着。儘管評論區有很多差評，但這次體驗還是很滿意的。服務生態度很好，早餐品種儘管不多但質量不錯的。在入住時遇到了訂單上的異議後來還是圓滿解決了: 訂單上的説明"包含温泉雙人套票"指的是兩份公湯單人票，而不是一份雙人私湯票"。已建議酒店把該説明寫清楚。總體來講還是讚的。

酒店是一個放空自己的地方，可能現在是淡季的原因沒啥人。酒店設施十分完善齊全，衞生也非常嚴格要求。服務態度也不錯。第二天早上下雨想去古鎮看看，酒店前台沒有雨具可借，自己打傘☔️也沒有地方可以放，怕搞濕了地毯。這個望酒店能給予顧客的方便。

輕井澤温泉•蜓酒店，太倉沙溪鎮印溪南路 188 號，完全日式風格的泡湯，進入酒店換上拖鞋，一秒彷彿穿越到了日本。 整個酒店精緻古樸日式風韻，酒店房間很寬敞。二樓温泉泡湯，整個流程完全同日本，温熱的泉水包裹着身體，洗去一身的疲憊，還可以到露天的天井，來個冷熱交替的泡湯，微雨飄落與熱氣騰騰的湯，日本文學有關温泉泡澡的描寫完全具象化了。泡完湯可以去休息區吃點日式點心、各種日料，還有閲讀區、影院等。 享受愜意時光，可以體驗一下，也有選擇僅泡湯不住酒店，離酒店2公里的地方就是沙溪古鎮icon，二種文化在這裏碰撞出別樣的火花

早餐進步了，説實話，我因為它早餐不好都自己帶了早餐……結果沒用上，升級了！早餐挺好吃，有面有小餛飩，麪澆頭也很好。其他一如既往很好，沒的挑，上海最近的真温泉，每個月起碼來一次

適合家庭出遊，酒店環境一流，處處都藏着日式風格的小心思，房間很大很乾凈，服務人員考慮周到，公湯私湯各有特色，公共區域寬敞，娛樂設施齊全。特別推薦去室外泡金湯，天然温泉♨️配上各種礦物質，非常愜意。

酒店的環境和衞生都不錯，房間很大，還放了肉桂，送了入住水果，但衹有3包袋泡茶和幾瓶礦泉水，全樓恆温空調，私湯和公湯的環境都還可以，日式風格，需要裸泡，早餐是套餐，8個小菜，口味還行，員工都比較熱情
