De receptioniste bij de receptie heeft een zeer goede servicehouding. Neem contact op voordat u vertrekt en herinner u eraan om katoenen kleding mee te nemen. De kamer is schoon en netjes. Het ligt heel dicht bij de plek om de zonsopgang te bekijken. Er is een ontbijt in de ochtend, en er is een heerlijk en goedkoop buffet.

The location of the hotel is very good.Especially suitable for Taishan to watch the sunrise.There is a buffet for breakfast.But there is nothing to eat.On the whole, don't be too demanding.Just get some sleep.

Good location on the top of the mountain, at the gate on Heaven Street, few minutes away from the North Gate and the Zhongtianmen Cableway Station. It is clean, I had a big room, comfortable bed. Has electric heater. Free morning call to see sunrise. Breakfast is basic with few choices for 20cny.

非常滿意！！服務態度也好，主要不像他們説的山頂沒有水，衞生和環境在山頂算是不錯的，有水，也有熱水，並且一大早服務人員來敲門叫起床，帶領我們一起去看日出。超級贊，孩子也很喜歡！風雲一舉到天關，快意生平有此！不虛此行！

畢竟住在泰山頂，酒店住宿整體比較滿意，驚喜的是有獨立衞生間可以洗澡，洗去了爬山的疲勞，這點比較滿意；有日出叫醒服務帶大家去看了日出也比較滿意，第一次爬泰山就看到了日出

不是旺季，還算是冬季，山頂上的酒店都貴的很，且沒有水可以洗澡，並且冷**，枯水期衹能自己打水，還要去一樓，這輩子都沒打過幾次水…還是用個桶…三百大幾的價格，是一間十分詭異的房間，衞生間在中間，房間隔成內外兩間，空調在裏面，外面住的人吹不到空調，能凍死，想換一間，前台説要再加三百元，真是服了！如果房間很緊張可以理解，事實上那一層就我們一間住着，根據我住酒店多年的經驗，一般這種情況酒店為了服務客户都會主動幫忙換一間更好的，畢竟空着也是空着，客户滿意了就有口碑了，他家絕對是一鎚子買賣，不留念想，空着也不給你住，想住嗎？再加三百！氣死個人，早知道這樣就不該貪便宜啊，一分錢，一分貨實在是有道理，好在第一次來就看到了日出，聽導遊説能看到日出也不是件容易事，彌補住店不滿的遺憾吧，打算夏季再來一次，但是一定不住他家了，生氣，虧的我還把他家的門面拍的很漂亮，我真是以德報怨的好人…

服務人員態度很好
衞生：衞生不行，表面布草是乾淨的，枕頭拆開裏面內膽不知道是血跡殘留還是什麼留下來的印記，讓換個枕頭內膽，客房阿姨説“沒有，房間枕頭都是固定的沒有多餘的，給我多套了一個枕套”，泰山頂，物質缺乏運輸不方便可以理解，但像床上用品，還是要乾淨的吧？即便我後面套上我自己帶的家裡的枕套，還是膈應，還有住酒店也未必就是為了看日出，就是想好好休息一下，已經告知前台哪個房間不要敲門叫起床，結果5點10幾還是敲了，敲的很急嘣嘣嘣的，誰懂那種正睡覺被嚇醒了？
