CUIDADO al reservar en esta hosteria, en caso de tener alguna dificultad de fuerza mayor que haga postergar su viaje, no reconocen bajo ningun concepto ni la devolucion ni el traslado de la reserva hacia otra fecha, Simplemente se PIERDE!!!. No obran como gente de bien, muy comercial, LaMeNtAbLe. Tenia un viaje con mi señora, nos agarro la pandemia, fue el unico hotel que no hizo devolucion, se quedaron con nuestra plata a la promesa de guardar estadia, este año logramos poder organizarlo nuevamente y en vez de reconocer por lo menos algo de lo abonado en su momento, que fue el 100%, le pusieron fecha de vencimiento! unos vivos barbaros!! se quedaron con mi plata y la situacion siempre a su favor. No es el tipo de gente que uno encuentra en el norte de nuestro pais, no recomiendo que saquen en este hotel habiendo tantas opciones con gente mas humana.

Muy buena hostería, excelente la habitación cuadruple que nos tocó muy cómoda, limpia y en excelente estado. Nos alojamos con mi esposa y dos nietas y la experiencia fue muy agradable. Toda la hostería está en muy buenas condiciones y con adornos y mobiliarios típicos en espacios comunes muy lindos con una playa de estacionamiento amplia y juegos para los chicos. En cuanto al restaurante tiene precios accesibles y la comida es muy rica y abundante con unos desayunos buffet abundantes y en cuanto a la atención de los mozos fue muy buena. Sin ninguna duda volveremos a alojarnos.

Espaciosa hosteria , con estacionamiento , muy buena atencion , ambientes muy confortables y un salon comedor amplio y muy buenas comidas y desayuno.

La hostería por fuera es linda, sin embargo la habitación era oscura, muy básica, con blanqueria de calidad pésima (toallas raidas, frazadas ásperas y viejas). La primera habitación que nos dieron tenía un olor feisimo y nos cambiaron a otra que tiene una cama doble abajo y 3 camas single en el entrepiso. El baño en la misma línea, con detalles malos como hongos en el cielorraso. En cuanto a ubicación está cerca de la calle principal y tiene parking gratuito.

La hostería está bien ubicada, el desayuno correcto de acuerdo para su categoría, nos tocó una habitación en una esquina de planta baja, con alguna falta de mantenimiento (el baño tenía algunas rajaduras en los azulejos), pero lo peor de todo era la noche y la mañana al levant****, en la zona hace frio y la calefacción muy floja; pasamos bastante frio todos los días al levantarnos.

Excelente elección, muy bien ubicado, carta amplia y mejor atención. Todos los platos que hemos consumido, de altisima calidad. Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar en familia.

Excelente estadía en Lunahuana. Estuvimos alojados una noche con mi marido. Muy lindo hotel , la decoración con muy buen gusto. Desayuno completo, atención muy buena . La wifi funciona muy bien. Cerca de la calle principal. Tiene restaurante y lugar para estacionar los vehículos . Lo recomiendo

Hice mi compra por de hoteles.com y cuando recibí el cobro en la tarjeta de crédito, el mismo estaba en dólares, cuando originalmente figuraba en pesos. Obviamente en el cambio me vi perjudicada y no obtuve respuesta alguna de parte del hotel. El importe en $ era de aprox $6300 y me cobraron u$s 66. Vaya si hay diferencia! Por otro, lado el hotel no lo vale.
