Front desk agents were quick and helpful. I didn't have time to sample breakfast during this trip but every other part of the hotel delivered.

Un endroit assez spécial, qui peut avoir l’air dangereux mais qui ne l’est pas vraiment. Chambre spacieuse et bon matelas. Accueil mitigé, propreté à revoir.

호텔은 제가 평생 다녀본 호텔중 최악이었습니다.
주변시설은 최악이었고 호텔엔 장기투숙 가족들이 많아서 청소상태나 소음이 장난이 아니었습니다.
호텔외곽엔 불량자들도 있었고,
무엇보다 방 청소상태가 엉망이었고 에어컨은 망가졌고 커튼은 빵구나있고 날파리와 벌레들은 왜그리 많은지..
제가 묶었던 방, 옆 방엔 장기투숙 가족이 머무는것 같았는데 밤새 떠들어서 잠을 한숨도 못 잤습니다.
그리고 마지막으로 분명 조식(양식)포함으로 계산했는데 호텔에서 뻔뻔스럽게 제공 안 했단겁니다.
푸드배달이 않 됐다나뭐라나..
이건 트립닷컴에서 손해배상 하셔야할듯요.

This was an interesting experience, and not one hope to repeat. The hallways to get to the room were disgusting and very dirty. There were people, who i think were staff, hanging outside the front door smoking. My room door had a terrible load squeak when opening and closing.
I left for the day to work and came back to the room after a ling day to fi d someone trying to get into my room with a key card. I told them i thought they had the wrong room. But, in fact, they had been assigned my room while i was still in it. I rerurned to the front desk to explain the issue only to find another person, who had just checked in, telling the desk staff the room she had been assigned was already occupied by someone else. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have asked for a refund and found somewhere else to stay.
I will never stay there again.

Front desk staff was very kind and got us checked in quickly. This property is run down, but was very clean. It did appear that rooms were being leased on a long term basis. Area felt a tad unsafe after dark and we did encounter a guesf was afraid to go outside and was waiting for someone to walk her out to her car. Room had no garbage can.

Sketchy place. Cash only deposit. Nothing states CASH only until you get there. NUMEROUS issues with my room. Staff was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. I also wasn’t the only parent who felt this way during our stay. I will be contacting the property’s regional director.

First off, upon checking in, we were told that a surprise 100 dollar CASH deposit was required. I originally booked 1 room with 2 queen beds. The room that they gave us was absolutely filthy, it had not been cleaned at all. They sent us to a second room, which also had not been cleaned at all. The third and final room that they gave us was supposed to be a free ”upgrade” for the trouble. This 3rd room was also dirty, but not as bad as the previous 2. It only had 1 king size bed, which I had booked 2 beds. The hot water did not work. Stains on the carpet, writing and holes on the walls. Tv wasn’t functional. Our key cards never worked, we had to have the front desk come up every time. Smoke detectors were chirping. Oh yeah, AND to top it off, there was black mold in the ceiling. It was absolutely ridiculous, and the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Got there room and area was disgusting. Walked out after five minutes to cancel my booking and they wouldn’t cancel. This was hours before check-in time. Horrible place horrible staff way too expensive never again.
