Like the town, this hotel has seen better days. Good points are lovely staff, nice indoor swimming pool and breakfast. Low points are very small bathrooms, loose handrails and slightly tired decor. Lovely views of the town from the balconies. Something to beware of is paying by card - some bars will say they only take debit and not credit cards and manually enter the amount owed to the card machine and take your card from you to scan. It is apparently not uncommon for them to enter a higher amount than is owed - I got overcharged by €100 but luckily spotted it. They said it was a mistake but the hotel told me they were trying it on. There are some beautiful villages in the mountains not far away well worth a visit. The town itself has clearly suffered from COVID and recession as many of the hotels and spas are closed, including the beautiful main spa in the town centre but it makes a good centre for visiting the area.

Location was good, price was ok, service excellent ! Room clean, service in breakfast good and service in dinner very good. Everybody positive and nice. Alberto, Elena, Deva, Irina.....all great ! Food was good and people helpful.

I didn't expect much from this hotel but the reason I am writing this review is because this is one of my best hotel experience ever and I know what I am talking about. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are small but very cosy and nice but the hotel is run by incredible couple, Alberto and Elena and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They also have a wonderful staff and I have never gotten so personal service and attention in any other hotel. They are always there for you and they do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Superp experience.

Buon albergo in ottima posizione per il centro di Salsomaggiore che raggiungerete in 5 minuti di passeggiata. La struttura seppur non modernissima offre un buon confort inoltre possiede una bella piscina interna con idromassaggi molto sfruttabile. Parcheggio privato con 5/6 posti auto ma nei dintorni troverete comunque parcheggio. Buona la colazione e gentilissima la signora alla reception che fornirà tutte le informazioni di cui necessitere. Albergo pulito e ottima colazione. Esperienza di coppia intima e piacevole al piccolo centro benessere. Inoltre ci sono delle convenzioni con ristoranti della zona molto buoni. Ciò che ha influito positivamente è soprattutto il servizio cordiale e disponibile.

Struttura in sé molto anni '80, dall' arredo della hall alle camere, personale accogliente e gentile. Un plauso al massaggiatore Fabrizio per la cordialità e la professionalità, massaggi veramente efficaci e rilassanti.Piccola spa a uso privato ben organizzata e piscina interna riscaldata davvero molto comoda con idromassaggio.Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo con cena e colazione buone e soddisfacenti.Consigliato a persone che vogliono trascorrere un paio di giorni in relax e senza troppe pretese. Nel complesso noi ci siamo trovati splendidamente. Grazie😊

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni, capodanno incluso, presso la struttura. Eravamo 6 coppie e ognuno di noi ha vissuto un ottimo soggiorno. Prima di tutto i proprietari: carissime persone. Gentili, accoglienti, ci hanno consigliato le visite nei d’intorni ed è andato tutto benissimo. Struttura: accogliente, pulita… buona per soggiorno. Trattamento: mezza pensione; cena e colazione hanno soddisfatto ognuno di noi (bravissimi e cordiali i ragazzi dello staff). SPA: la piscina e l’idromassaggio hanno alleggerito le fatiche delle lunghe giornate. Peccato che non abbiamo goduto di più servizi, forzatamente chiusi a causa del coronaV. Concludendo, ma non ultimo, capodanno con cenone e ottima musica 🎶. Al primo gennaio con i biglietti messi a disposizione dell’hotel abbiamo assistito al concerto di inizio anno presso il teatro di saldo. Molto piacevole. Ringraziamo ancora i gestori dell’hotel e li aspettiamo dalle nostre parti a Pellestrina un’isola della laguna veneta che una mia cara amica definisce “l’isola che non c’è “. A presto.

A Salsomaggiore con la famiglia per ragioni legati ad una competizione sportiva scegliamo l'hotel cercando come sempre un 4 stelle per andare sul sicuro.... Non siamo stati male ma le 4 stelle sono solo un lontanissimo miraggio o un malinconico ricordo di un passato che non torna. Arredi oramai superati, tendaggi pesanti, tappeti e moquette, stanze spartane e colazione nella sufficienza. Posto auto se sei fortunato, completano un quadro ripeto non catastrofico ma da 3 stelle e nulla di più. Sarebbe bastato questo per non rimanere sorpresi. Buon viaggio.
