I’m traveling for work and my agency booked me here. It’s one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. My room 115 on the first floor is really cold. There’s no heaters in the room. There’s an AC but it’s not working, there’s no way to switch it on from the room. I asked reception to switch it on for me and they did. It is very loud and there’s little warm air. I asked them to leave it on while I was away, so I’d get back to a warmer room but when I came back the AC was off and the room cold as ever. It is much warmer in the corridor than in the room. The towel rack in the bathroom also not working. I asked the reception again to switch it on but they said something was stuck in it and it was impossible to switch it on. At this point I would expect them to offer me another room, or a portable heater, or at least, an apology, but none of these were offered. In the end I myself asked for another room and was given a key for the room 116 (again, not even a suggestion to come and help me move my things), but room 116 is even colder than mine. So in the end, I’m sleeping with my winter coat over my bed. Breakfast: poor choice. Scrambled eggs were stale, as if they sat there from yesterday. Spa: only open 4pm-8pm. Packed with people. Stains of dirt and rust in the pool. No soap in the showers in the spa. No hairdryer in the showers in the spa. Bathrobe and slippers not provided but you can buy slippers in the spa. Worst of all, the personnel. Not one smile I got here. I feel very unwelcome and unhappy. This is not a 4 star hotel.
