Lauren, Twizzle, Antonio and Jamie were very friendly and kind when I checked in. Rooms are clean and spacious. Dinner was really good with many options. The only problem is the parking which is five to 10 minutes walk from hotel overall good stay

We got a great welcome from the staff on reception, we found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. Found the room very pleasant with plenty of room to move about. Had the evening meal there too which was great value and tasted great. Just one slight downside a bit of traffic noise but didnt stop us sleeping.

Staff excellent.. Very helpful and courteous. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good location. Very central.. Car parking across the road. Breakfast very nice, great choices good value.

The hotel is only a 5/10 minute walk from Swindon Train Station and is reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable so had a wonderful nights sleep. The shower had hot water and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was good with a range of cold and hot items and overall it was an excellent stay

The hotel staff were brilliant. A really good team who couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was excellent; well cooked and presented nicely. We were there to go to an event at the Steam Museum and we found that the hotel, whilst a distance away from the venue was ideal for our purposes.

Would definitely recommend this hotel the staff are so warm and welcoming always there to help the rooms are always kepted at a high standards would definitely come back Thankyou Lauren is such a lovley person who seems to put all her heart and soul into her job the staff are
