Hotels met zwembad in Monterrey

Enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel is very new and clean. It felt very luxury and the fact that it has an entrance the the Valle Oriente mall is great.

The hotel is old but it’s fine. The worst part is the front desk service, I have been sending mails to push them correct the mistake on the invoice they sent but the result is still wrong. When I called them directly to explained what I need, the front desk hang up the phone without giving solution. This is totally a service disaster for the Four Point brand and I don’t think anyone deserves the attitude and service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

De locatie is goed, er zijn winkelcentra in de buurt, maar het hotel is een beetje oud

Het hotel is een relatief nieuw hotel, onderdeel van een wereldwijde Hyatt-keten. De lobby bevindt zich op de L-verdieping. De kamer is vrij ruim, met complete faciliteiten, comfortabele bedden, een uitgebreid ontbijt en een terras op de L-verdieping. Ik ben niet naar het zwembad of de sportschool geweest vanwege de drukte bij het inchecken. De service aan de receptie is gemiddeld. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima in hotels in Monterey.

Nothing special at all, but the front desk hangup on my water request, which is a bit rude, other than that I don't see anything special to complain.

Great location overlooking the city of Monterrey. Rooms are ok except walls are paper thin. Service in the restaurant varies from good to awful.

房間設施非常老舊，房間也很簡單，沒有拖鞋，洗漱用品要自備，空調聲音比較大，早餐還湊合吧，麪包 煎蛋 塔克都有的，果汁非常不錯，酒店位於市中心周圍有不是餐廳。酒店大堂可以點餐，小貴且小費。

Это подходит у кого машина, на ночь закрывают ворота и чувствуешь себя в полной безопасности, полотенца и постельное бельё чистое, в номере чисто, удивила огромная кровать) есть одноразовые мыла шампуни)

Bad location. Looks very crapy from outside but the room is big and clean. Wish the the breakfast can be better.
