We had a great stay at this ”Minsu” . The owners (young coule) were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about local attractions and got us an experienced tour guide for our two day photographic tour. We were also able to walk to the scenic site ”Beiji” in about 20 minutes to photograph an unforgettable sunrise. The lodging was very clean and modern and the breakfast was excellent. All in all a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is generally good — you can see the sea, and the property itself is well maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel leaves much to be desired, and the area around it looks quite deserted and shabby. The interior is very minimalistic and gives the impression of being unfinished. The service could be improved but isn’t bad. Breakfast is Chinese-style and not a buffet — specific dishes are served directly to your table, like a set menu. This could also be improved. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good/okay.

Great place for a relaxing holiday Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road Staff there were friendly and helpful On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel

當天提前聯繫了老闆和老闆娘，約好到達時間後，讓他們特意到碼頭來接，如果自己過去確實不太方便，這一點真的省心很多。一見面就能感受到他們的熱情和真誠，讓人一下子有了度假的感覺。 入住後，老闆還根據我們的行程時間，幫我們規劃了島上的遊玩方案，哪些地方適合看風景、怎麼安排比較不累，都講得很清楚。島上吃飯我們基本也都在他們家解決，吃之前會先介紹當天有哪些菜，如果有特別想吃的，也可以提前跟他們説，溝通起來很順暢，飯菜也很合胃口，價格很實惠。 房間乾淨整潔，衞生做得很好，住得很安心。房間還帶一個小露台，早上可以坐在露台上看日出，吹着海風，看着天慢慢亮起來，特別舒服。整體體驗非常加分，是一家很用心、很有人情味的民宿，來嵛山島很值得選擇。

We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel. When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors. For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.

Good location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor. We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in. The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer. The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

非常滿意的一次住宿。定的一個套房，適合一家三口或者4人出行。酒店位置好找，門口有自己停車位。距離東壁村熱鬧的區域有1公里多。距離網紅拍照的大橋也就幾百米。房間乾淨衞生，衞浴用品看出來店家是用心準備的。智能馬桶，徠芬吹風機，該有的都有。特意嘗試了預訂晚餐，新鮮的海鮮搭配上恰到好處的烹飪方法，我們一家每盤都是吃光光。早餐也是很豐富，多種涼菜，現磨豆漿。有機會還會再來👍

Ik was meteen onder de indruk toen ik binnenkwam; de ruimte was ruim en het personeel vriendelijk. Een paar dingen verrasten me het meest: ① Het snelladen op de parkeerplaats was fantastisch, waardoor het opladen van mijn elektrische scooter een fluitje van een cent was; ② De kamer was brandschoon en het beddengoed was zo comfortabel dat ik er niet meer uit wilde; ③ De faciliteiten waren uitgebreid en de zelfbedieningswasserette en gratis thee waren perfect om onderweg even te ontspannen! Natuurlijk overtrof de ontbijtselectie ook mijn verwachtingen. Kortom, van de faciliteiten tot de service, alles was onberispelijk. Een echte aanrader!

Hotel is near to the main road so is easy to find .Room are clean and room size acceptable. There are many resturant around the area which only need 5 to 10 min walk . Opposite the hotel there is a garden and children playground.

Beautiful and romantic small hotel with a nice view over the ocean (unfortunately there is a highway in front of the sea — welcome to China). The hotel has a nice design style. We had a comfortable, spacious room. There is a pool (very shallow, good for people who can’t swim, I guess). All over the hotel area, there are small tables, Hollywood swings, etc. to be private and enjoy the view. A (touristy) village with lots of restaurants is a 20 minutes walk away (careful when walking on the road at night).
