Zeer mooi hotel, alles leek wel nieuw en was keurig schoon. De receptie was zeer goed bezet en behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Even de auto voor de deur en daarna geplaatst op de parkeerplaats van het hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en overvloedig. Voor herhaling vatbaar

De servicegerichtheid is goed en het is schoon en netjes. Helaas heb ik haast, dus ik vertrek zodra ik wakker word!

Very conveniently located hotel. The hotel is beautiful, has complete facilities. We chose to stay in a traditional style room, decorated to match the ancient history of the castle. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Professional and caring staff.
The restaurant was good, but menu doesn't offer any proper vegetarian offer.
The SPA is limited in size with no hammam. Unfortunately the relax room was extremely cold due to a broken window.

We loved the hotel, it’s atmosphere and the surroundings!
Breakfast was exclusively delicious and lots of varieties!
The buses to the castles are just nearby

Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

This is the best hotel if you are planning to visit Castle of Neuschwanstein. Make sure you booke the main building. We booked the Jagerhaus by mistake. It is a seperate building just a few steps away but the decor is very old style and nothing like the modern "MAIN" building. We were able to discuss with the front desk and upgrade for a small price to the main building. Breakfast was very nice in the main building.....another reason to stay there.....what you would expect from a boutique 5 star in the area.
The spa (pool and sauna) is fantastic. Amazing view of outside while enjoying either.
