Worst experience in my travel time.
Location-impossible to locate the hotel, took us an hour with a patient driver. It's crazy!!!!
Amenities- comfortable beds, terrible towels and bathrobs, leaking bathroom
Slippery floor and leaking bathroom left us going to the hospital because my sister fell on the wet floor.
Book the hotel if you speak the language, and you have patience of trying to find it.

Extraordinary place, excellent view and great friendly staff. We had a superb time all thanks to the hotel. Loved the bath tub and the river view balcony. Totally worth it!

民宿開在巷子裏，裝修有特點而且漂亮乾淨。打開房間落地窗就能看到小橋流水人家。整條小巷處處是風景。店家人很好很熱情介紹附近好玩的地方。滴滴也會到門店前接送很方便。走路不到四百米就是山塘街。風景如畫且好多美女。真是一座姑蘇城半部江南詩啊！店裡麪的三衹小貓很可愛。就是一衹叫五百萬的貓貓躲在閣樓上不愛下來。。。。

首次入住酒店，從大廳到走廊再到客房，乾淨衞生看上就很舒服，服務很貼心，裝修的風格也很喜歡，前台小姐姐還用微波樓給小朋友熱了我們叫的排骨，喜歡上酒店的環境，體驗感遠遠超過我們的預期，原來準備衹住一天，小朋友喜歡住，續了一天之後再續住兩天。
酒店大廳的設計感很強，入門看到的魚池，小朋友進出酒店，都要在魚池裡開心走上幾個來回；還有滑滑梯、陽台的搖椅、複式房裡的木樓梯，圈粉小朋友了。
原來計劃今天回杭州，小朋友想再住兩天，就續住再兩天，昨天衹顧着玩，想着今早續上，手慢了，已經被別人訂了。
換了房型，續了兩天，新的豪華帶陽台套房，方方面面也很滿意，這又是一種新的體驗。
棲遲依城蘇州山塘店，地理位置優越，到各個景區都很便捷，這隊第一次來蘇州，沒有方向感的我來説，簡直就是最好的安排！

服務超棒！交通也比較放便還可以借電瓶車，實名錶揚一下姓肖的小哥非常熱情親切給我們推薦當地特色美食，服務超棒！！！酒店裡麪還有三衹貓咪超可愛可以盡情吸貓，房間陽台也很大住了很多次，酒店這個酒店服務態度最好了

這次帶小孩來蘇州玩，住的酒店太滿意了！酒店位置很好，就在山塘街附近的民國風情街，停車方便還提供停車券，逛山塘街也方便。酒店室內環境很不錯，大廳裏有水池荷花，讓人賞心悦目，還有小孩喜歡的滑滑梯和貓咪，漢服也免費提供，意外驚喜。我們的房間，兩張床也特別大，很舒服。下次來還是會選擇這裏！

距離山塘街很近，臨時預，帶小朋友看到有滑滑梯，門口就能停車，離開的時候車牌號給到客棧，辦理入住後會幫拿行李到房間，添加微信，房間沒有電話，微信聯繫. 進門有小魚，小朋友還問小哥哥要了魚食投喂，還有貓咪，治癒. 當中的小庭院還有一個小的🛝，我們的房間窗門打開就是滑滑梯. 小朋友自己去玩，看着特別方便，一樓稍許潮濕，有空氣凈化器. 温馨的房間. 帶娃家庭出行方便額.
