My girlfriend and I booked a room at this hotel for our first anniversary, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff helped me prepare flower petals spread in our room, which was the most wonderful surprise for my girlfriend. They welcome foreign guests, and the price of a stay with them is extremely reasonable. Also, their hotel could not be in a better location! Just outside the Humble Administrator’s Garden, and right next to Pingjiang Lu. Both are Suzhou’s most renowned and historic attractions. I encourage all foreigners to stay here, and 中国朋友as well. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

Room is clean, service is good and it's located near the centre. Entrance it's difficult to find when following the pictures from Trip.com.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s not a fancy hotel, but the beds are soft, the bathrooms are clean, and the location (not close to anything of value) is a five minute walk from the metro that can get you to the railway or the airport.
Highly recommended for those leaving early in the morning who wants to be close to the airport but not deal with the sound of airplanes.
Nice bathtub.
Quiet and comfortable.

It's a big place, with rooms along a corridor that meanders through a tourist area. Super convenient location to see all the highlights of Suzhou. Cute room, very comfortable. Some noise from the street but at night it's very quiet. Good price too, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

這是我住過的最乾淨的酒店，沒有之一。他是真真正正的打掃衞生了，不是簡簡單單的換個床單。我拿紙巾全擦了一遍，沒有灰。酒店位置好，去拙政園，獅子林，平江路都很近。酒店隔音不好，隔壁兩個人嘮嗑到凌晨，房間電視不好使，打不開。打不開咱不看，這都是小事。還是值得推薦這個酒店

挺好的，雖然外面很熱鬧，但是進到裏面還是挺安靜的，前台還送了一塊絲綢。裝修的很好看，據説是古建築改造而成，離拙政園景區、博物館什麼的都挺近的，就是我們住的那個房間洗手池下水有一點點慢，感覺要去查看一下哦～

酒店緊挨着拙政園、博物館和獅子林，出門就是平江路，出行很方便。自駕帶着長者出行，酒店門口有免費停車場，樓下有好多家吃東西的地方。我們訂的望竹房，房間窗户外面就是園林裏的竹林，算是鬧中取靜吧。房間不太隔音，但是晚上還是很安靜的。酒店服務生也很熱心，幫忙安排車位、寄存行李、推薦吃東西的地方，退房時還送了絲巾，帶了長者還多送了一條，好貼心啊！

優點：1，離拙政園，獅子林，博物館確實近。2，前台，保潔服務態度都很好。
缺點：1，隔音很差。2，房間很小。沒有抽屜，沒有衣櫃。3：設施陳舊，連usb充電接口都沒。
