房間很乾凈，洗漱用品也很高檔，衞生間乾濕分離，房間面積大，床上用品乾淨衞生，關鍵外面風景很美，尤其是服務員服務也特別好，很親切耐心，早上睡衣落到屋子裡特意發訊息給我，下次來蘇州還會入住的

酒店位置還不錯，一樓的螃蟹做的味道不錯，酒店的房間挺大的，衞生間是乾濕分離的，設計的挺合理。酒店後面幾百米，有一個蘇州評彈公園是免費的，很適合早晨晨練。

房間很大但有股異味，麻煩櫃台送水用機器人送，等半小時沒來，打去櫃台問原因是機器人不會打電話不會說話所以到房間門口有下去上來兩趟，我無語了，機氣人不會打電話櫃台會打吧。這個管理有問題。
