Leuke plek, in de buurt zijn veel winkelcentra. Veel lekker eten in de buurt. Niet slecht.

Check in process was fast for 10 of us, good room size for a family, staff Xiao Yang was helpful, will stay again next time.

The room is very clean and spacious.
Bathroom towels are fresh from the laundry and water pressure is strong and good. Buffet breakfast has sufficient variety but is payable at a small price.
The hotel is located in town, a bit further from the cluster of places of interest. There is a shopping mall downstairs but we liked the shopping street besides the hotel which also has many eateries.

We got upgraded from 40sqm room to 70sqm room by Connie and Yuki and truly appreciate it. Coco too was very friendly and provided us information on where to go in Suzhou. We truly enjoyed our stay there

The reception manager Ms. Connie was super service oriented. She arranged the extra bed for my child and got us a nice quiet room. When I asked for other assistance, she went the extra mile to fix it. Her colleague on the same shift was very helpful too ( did not get her name though). Big thank you to Connie and her colleagues. Now I can see why there are so many long staying guests in this hotel despite its age, the hotel staffs provide the edge over other service apartments in Suzhou New District.

We booked several nights at this hotel then kept adding more! It’s like a house! Such a lovely room right in the middle of a shopping mall with great western food all around. Value for price was fantastic! Will definitely stay again when in Suzhou!

Great place hubby and i always stay here when we’re in SND.The reception staff can speak some English.Good location there’s a supermarket in the Emerald City mall and a whole lot of shops and restaurants nearby!
