設施齊全，衞生狀態好，環境不錯，服務好。酒店在蘇州大學城，周邊有各種吃食店很方便，旁邊就是地鐵站口。停車場比較小，出入路口道路窄擁擠。房間比較大，雙床睡得也很舒服。早餐質量一般。週六訂房價最貴的。令人不解的是酒店不配備睡衣。

酒店進門大廳非常大，有兩片休息區，前台辦理入住速度很快，有準備小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷，比較貼心。入住之後有什麼需求也基本儘快處理了，非常不錯。房間空間大，有個大浴缸，衞生做的還可以，設施完善。沒有什麼異常，整體入住體驗很不錯！

酒店地理位置好，門口就是地鐵站，出就是商場周邊吃喝很方便。酒店大堂非常乾淨，裝修很棒，小橋流水復古風格非常具有蘇州的特色是我非常喜歡的風格，酒店房間裏枕頭也很舒適，房間裏還有大大的落地窗，同也有一個非常好的遮光窗簾，拉上窗簾以後整個屋裡一點光線都看不到，特別適合早上睡懶覺，住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了，同時前台小姐姐的服務都很熱情周到反饋的問題都處理都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很安心

趁着小長假來蘇州旅遊，選定了這家維也納酒店，地理位置不錯，非常顯眼，假期房價比較高，不過入住體驗感整體還不錯。前台接待非常熱情，入住還有送早餐。房間比較乾淨衞生，設施也還可以沒有出現什麼問題。需要送礦泉水也很快送了，客房大姐也很禮貌客氣。出門吃飯非常方便周邊很多飯店。整體性價比還是比較高的，很不錯。點個贊！推薦入住的

酒店前台安安小姐姐待客非常熱情有禮貌，入住的時候安排好了一間朝南的房間，房間非常的寬敞通透。採光明亮，晚上把窗簾拉上又可以一點光都不透，睡得非常好，隔音效果還可以，基本不吵。酒店設施完善，沒有什麼問題，5樓還有健身房洗衣房可以使用，非常方便。值得推薦的酒店！

酒店地理位置很不錯，在地鐵站出來走幾分鐘就到了，是一家裝修比較特別的維也納，整體都是中式風格。酒店前台非常的貼心熱情，辦理入住速度非常快且專業，幫忙升級了一個朝南樓層較高的房間，平時房價也不算貴，還贈送了早餐，給前台點贊！房間衞生打掃的比較乾淨，有任何需要前台都會及時予以迴應。整體入住體驗感非常好，下次還會選擇這家店！
