西山收費站下來就到，前台給我們辦理了提前入住，可是如果知道房間就在馬路邊我是不會選擇這裏的。因為真的是太吵了，房間的雙層玻璃窗户關上都吵，很無語呀，本來想定兩晚的趕緊退掉了一晚，一晚上沒休息好，鬧心。真的是一晚上外面馬路的車子就沒停過。第一次來蘇州，開車兩個半小時到，疲憊也沒休息好。反正睡覺沉的人應該無所謂。但是樓道人走過都能聽得見。隔音不太好。

It was really a good calm atmosphere far from city , with good rooms and lovely staffs , the breakfast was more than enough and so much of varieties were there , the overall stay was a experience , will stay again

Chinese style hotel. Location ok but not very good. Breakfast was Chinese style. People were smoking in the breakfast area which was terrible

酒店很大，多個樓棟都在一個大院子裏。停車很方便也挺大的，辦理入住前台人員熱情周到。還做了一對一服務把我送到了房間。雖然設施設備有些老舊了，好在衞生乾淨整潔做了彌補，總體下來還是非常滿意的。會推薦朋友一起過來！

前台服務小姐姐很熱情，客服服務的大姐人也很和善。酒店停車場很方便，附近還有地鐵可以到達蘇州市區，出行還是很便捷的。衞生間有下水道反出來的味道，有待完善。洗浴用品還是希望能改善為密封的罐裝或者一次性的。早餐還是挺豐富的，同價位裏很不錯。

地理位置一流，離太湖很近，門口交通也是應有盡有，公交地鐵一應俱全。自駕的話，停車場很大，車位很多還不收費。房間窗户很大，視野很好。衞生用品都很達標。乾淨整潔。整個酒店的服務人員都笑臉迎人，遇到問題立刻解決。讓我很滿意。

酒店就在高速路旁邊，離太湖很近。晚上環太湖一圈非常愜意，這是我們此次旅行途中較滿意的一家酒店，園林式的裝修風格，庭園很大，分了好幾個。住得也太滿意了。很多小細節，前台小黃也很不錯，一次性鞋的質量都非常的好。如果再去蘇州，還定這家酒店。
