We stayed at Hampton’s for 2 nights in Suzhou and we had a great time, the service was amazing and very thoughtful, the breakfast was also very good. We were upgraded to a bigger bedroom and also provided several free amenities. Another great benefit was being able to wash and dry clothes, which is always a plus when we are traveling for tourism with a small amount of clothes :) 酒店服务特别好，早餐也很好吃，谢谢希尔顿的服务～

This hotel is really good. Great amenities and really helpful staff. Clean, with all modern facilities. Great breakfast and very nice restaurant. A two minute walk to the nearest subway station. It's not close to the major tourist attractions but a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal and the lovely parks along it. The subway will take you to all the places you need to see and the hotel is located in a quite area.

Very nice staff. Able to check in at 10am with no issues. On check out date left luggage with hotel. Modern hotel. Breakfast had Chinese and western food.

Booked deluxe room but free upgraded to deluxe suit room. It was really awesome stayed especially after tired business trip from Shanghai.
The room was unexpected spacious for 2 of us.
Thank you again for the great full hospitality. Makes us unforgettable pleasant trip.

Overall it is a nice stay. Room is specious and clean. Breakfast is ok. Only the service - need to improve. some staff is cold. no greeting or smile even with eye contact. But the lady who helped us check out is great. She is very nice and friendly.

Lousy location. Service is rather cold and just going through the motion. I would prefer to stay in other local hotel chains or hotels rather than this Hilton chain hotel.
