It is a brand new hotel, nice and clean. But The breakfast hall is too small and crowded. It is definitely not sufficient for all the guests!

Thanks to Aimee at the front desk for helping me upgrade from Express to a very big lake view room on holiday. cute girl is very nice and beautiful. I really like it here. The swimming pool on the third floor is very comfortable. It's a good place for a holiday. A small request for the hotel: the restaurant staff should wear masks in the morning. The epidemic cannot be delayed

搶到了4.30號的高鐵🚄票所以趕在五一假期前一天來蘇州太湖遊玩，這家酒店位於地鐵5號線太湖香山站1號口附近，去西山景區也有公交車。
服務：去年夏天住過覺得不錯。這次定的是高級雙床房辦理入住時是前台Zora接待的我們免費幫我們升級到了湖景房，她貼心提醒了第二天早餐就餐地點時間😊早餐品種豐富特別喜歡煎餅果子和柚子汁😋
設施：房間面積雖然不大但設施基本還是不錯的特別是由於樓下有工程施工所以配了3m的耳塞。
總體來説性價比非常不錯以後來蘇州太湖遊玩還會選擇這家😆

感謝Yvonne Tang的熱情接待和周到服務，不僅升級了湖景房，還給早餐升級到了旁邊的太湖假日酒店，非常美好的一次住宿體驗。環境給4.5分，是因為旁邊的工地還沒有完工，不過住宿的這兩天都沒有聽到任何噪音。
