Fantastic stay at SYYF hotel! Hui Li at reception and the team has been so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and amazing value. I totally recommend SYYF for anybody coming to Guilin. Great stay, location and service!

English speaking staff need to be improved especially at restaurant; it was hard to communicate when you need something during breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable to stay at. I loved the room we were in, it had a beautiful bathtub. The problem we had was the language barrier, we had to repeat ourselves a lot when we needed something or they would send a wrong thing. Also if we left the room we would have to go renew the door card all the times because it expired, it just didn’t make sense. Breakfast needs a little upgrade to accommodate everyone with more options.

酒店環境好，地理位置優越。客房姚大姐打掃衞生及時，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員都很敬業。能設身處地為客人着想，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。房間設施齊全，床品很舒適，前台服務好，早餐豐盛，工作人員都非常熱情，客房服務都會主動有禮貌打招呼。在這家酒店感受到了家的温馨，用品貼心，服務細緻入微。

其實整體體驗都還是不錯的 不過這次要吐槽一下酒店的早餐 首先就準備的食材種類而言相較於酒店的定位和價格來説確實太廉價了 還不如部分智選假日的早餐 同時又比不上假日的早餐 例如這個西瓜 選材就不咋地（不甜 對於一個經常住酒店的人來説這個季節還是能吃到很多很甜的西瓜的） 出品還這麼摳門就差把瓜皮也含在內了 並且數量還眾多（我就沒拍了） 穀物旁邊配的是酸奶（第一天我就嘗試了一下 確實很新奇 但也沒吃幾口） 牛奶在餐區的另一頭
