I recently stayed and had a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and inviting a**osphere.
Cleanliness was a highlight; the housekeeping staff maintained impeccable standards throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing pool, added to the overall appeal.
One aspect that stood out was the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Gd location to most places of interest. Easy to travel even by bus as bus stop is nearby.
Staffs are good and polite. Gym is 24hrs

Very good location, not far from the high-speed rail station, and walking distance to some of the major walking street. Hotel deco is cozy, clean and comfortable bed, highly recommanded!

Very nice service at front desk and at Lounge bar.
I enjoyed as well the gym which is well equipped.
Very comfortable bed and amazing breakfast.
Th hotel has amazing location for discovering Suzhou .

Modern facilities and good amenities. Excellent selection for breakfast. Best to use a translator app when speaking with staff as English is limited. Overall a comfortable stay.
