I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready an hour before the official check-in time. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I thought slippers were provided, though. Loved the Nespresso! The staff are nice. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is hygienic in the urban area, but the elevator is too old and noisy. If it is not repaired in time, there will definitely be elevator accidents in the future. I hope the hotel can pay attention to the elevator problem.

The room was a lot smaller and darker than it appeared in the photos, but sufficed for a quick stay. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5. The elevator wasn’t working, so had to use the stairs to get up and down. Apparently they don’t provide full room service over Easter.
Staff were nice, and check-in and check-out were efficient. Nespresso machine with four pods was helpful for a morning coffee.

The hotel staff was great - allowed me to check-in early after a red-eye flight, and extended the check-out by an hour.
Loved the powerplugs at the lobby for working space with good music.
Room was average - not much space to hang things and etc. The rain shower head water pressure was rather weak, would be a plus if there is a hand held shower head too. There was some random vibration near the bed going on off, I cannot figure out where it was from.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the fact that the hot water system was not working for two days. Despite complaining about it, the issue was not resolved promptly, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I had to take cold showers during my entire stay, which was not a pleasant experience.
I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but I feel that the hotel should have taken immediate steps to rectify the problem, especially since it was affecting the basic comfort of their guests. As a paying customer, I expect to have access to basic amenities like hot water, and it was disappointing that this was not the case.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others until the hot water system issue is fixed and the hotel takes steps to ensure that their guests have a comfortable stay."

The staff were lovely friendly and very helpful but the room not greatest housekeeping was nonexistent the room wasn’t very clean. They haven’t vacuumed the soap dish in the shower still had soap left in it and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
Overall it was a lovely stay just the room wasn’t very clean.
