Great property and close to the main area around Surfers Paradise. Modern facility and everything required for a pleasant stay. Service by staff was disappointing. Booked and paid for accommodation three days prior to arrival before receiving a direct message from Trilogy requiring arrival time and car registration, which was supplied. Then received another direct message the following day requiring the same information and requesting a credit card for a further $200 deposit which was also supplied on phone to the office. Two further direct messages were received within the following 24 hours requesting the same information despite already being supplied and this was followed up by additional text messages requesting the same information. Also, it was disappointing there was no soap supplied and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of extremely poor quality. A wonderful stay in a great facility diminished by uncoordinated staff who failed on the basics of customer service.

Great accomodation, staff friendly, its close to everything its safe if your travelling alone I’ll be staying there again ps the pool was perfect temperature 😊

the environment is good but the decro inside the room is not much similar to the picture they posted online. The rate is quite high.

Great location, walkable distance to Gold Coast central district. Spacious room with everything you need inside and parking spot available for hotel guests.will definitely stay again

This was a well located property for the price. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and heart of Surfer’s. Good for a small family. Pool and spa were great. Apartment itself was adequate. Carpet a bit rough, part of the dishwasher broken… but overall, a great place to stay. Not fancy but would definitely consider staying at this location again.

No views, long walk to mall, price increase of room due to air show, furniture needs up grade, room was notclean, some lights didnot work. Staff helpfull.
