The most comfortable place I stayed at and the shampoo and body lotion they have smells really good.the receptionist a guy they've upgraded us in the best view of the room as well as we came early and had no issues what so ever...and the breakfast food was amazing it's better than going outside the venue

Stayed for 6 nights. View was nice and location was excellent, light rail was right next to hotel. Breakfast was great as well.
But housekeeping was inefficient, had to call twice or even three times to get extra amenities like towels or toothbrushes to get delivered. Overall nice stay though

The hotel is really nice in a good location less than a 5 minute walk from the beach.
The breakfast buffet is really good they have so many options!
The only issue is the rooms don’t have any sound insulation so bring ear plugs or white noise.

Excellent service and location. Loved every small detail about this hotel, we had a great time. Amazing view on the ocean and comfy bed, it was 10/10 for us.

Excellent location, a few walks to Tram station, convenient shops and restaurants!
Staff are friendly and helpful!
Seaview room - can enjoy beautiful sunrise!
Breakfast buffet is highlight!
Skypoint is just on the other side of the Tram station!

Easy to find hotel, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Check in was very smooth and easy, parking was available as well. We stayed at the start of the week and the main hotel restaurant was not open but there were lots of options close by. Pool was nice but the one with sun in the morning was closed in the morning we were there. Room was large, very comfortable and clean. Would recommend to others.

The hotel is tidy and locates in surfer paradise which is just 5 min to the beach. The breakfast buffet is good which has quite a lot of food choices.

The stay with voco is unpleasant. The room we booked is very gloomy and make people uncomfortable. Won’t consider and not recommend to anyone who is traveling to GC.
