Overall, I found the service to be quite disappointing. The delays in checking in were extensive, and the facilities seemed outdated. As a customer, it was frustrating to encounter such challenges.

Breakfast provided by this hotel was good. Room was clean. Check in and check out was very quick.

The house keeping lady was very nice .
The room on level 5 was average . The door of the shower was jammed
The shower head was very high up the wall and not ideal if someone is not tall. No provision for a hand held shower.
The curtains in the room were dirty. All brown stained and off the rails.
All walls are marked
Lifts were very slow
A microwave in the room would have been ideal

Hotel locations is great, go ****** only 5 mins drives, 10 mins by train, beach seaside 5 mins and china town eat 15 - 20 mins drive, staffs service not bad, only is low floor for standard room

Was extremely impressed with everything they had to offer.
Check in was see less, the staff, in particular Brooke was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, the room was amazing, even the rest of the hotel was beautiful.
I highly recommend staying here.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. The location is great as it is just outside the tram station. The breakfast spread was also lovely. More importantly, the staff there were friendly!
