Pretty good value- great spot - communication great
Some things a bit strange - no tea or coffee and no toilet paper - not too much trouble as there was a Woolworths close by but not real pleasant to find out there was no toilet paper provided. Few cockroaches in the unit and it had a bit of a danky smoky smell. Great view. Very central - Generally satisfied overall but with the property - probably wouldn’t stay again though unless pressed

We loved our stay at QStay Cavill in a huge 2 bed 2bath apartment on level 40 with AC & amazing beach views in a perfect location, above woolies & many dining places in walking distance to choose from. The only faults are that it can take awhile to get a lift & the outdoor pool is cold & the internet is slow.
The apartment is modern, spacious, nice, clean & comes with a carpark space downstairs and wow those views- loved breakfast on the balcony!
I wish we lived closer to stay there more often!

All round was fine just a few minor things that needed fixing or replacing like mattresses, fans in bathrooms, range hood etc

I like the view but I had issues with the office on request I sent.but they did try helping a little a the beginning. I guess I was a bit to much for them

Great view, easy walking distance to shops, beach, tram etc. Room was also a great setup.

The wet sauna had a really bad smell to it...i wasn't able to use it because of it, I attempted couple of times, but the smell was very strong to bare. The dry sauna was very nice, smelled neutral as well.
The noise is really bad at night, not from the neighbors, but from the all the shops/bars/attractions, you can barely hear the ocean, lots of screaming (from the slingshot attraction) The apartment itself if perfect, there were couple of minor broken things when I moved in, but I wasn't using it, so didn't bother me at all. Great view from the balcony, great sunrises and views of the night Gold Coast. The only thing that was a surprise - the room is right next to the lift shaft - so I could here the elevetor 24/7 and it was kind of annoying. The bedroom are located far enough from it, so you don't here the noise in the bedrooms, thank God for that:)))
