Everting about the hotel was exceptional it was clean stylish roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner .food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient room itself was well equipped and comfortable and reception staff are friendly help full Ms Laxmi and ms Pooja

Best hotel in surat hazira location and good food and also lots of variety in break fast menu and room was neet and cleas I strongly recommend to hotel the excellency and special thanks to Ms Laxmi and Ms pooja she was amezing front desk staff and also guide and hotel have owan travel desk so easy to travel to company once a gain thank you very much team Hotel the excellency we highly recommend all corporate and family travellers......🙏😀😁😁

The service was excellent. The breakfast was also very tasty. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are to cozy and highly recommend for stay. The staff was too cooperative. The dinning area was clean. And The food to fresh and much health. The housekeeping work is too accurate to their time and everything is done on time without asking. The all over experience was 💯.

Hotel room are very expensive staff is very good all the amenities are good view is ok ok but the facility are great All the necessary items are available. Front desk are very supporting with good behaviour and polite. Rooms are clean food is tasty

It was a wonderful experience staying at hotel The Excellency. The staff was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.”

the standad room was better then the delux room .delux room had left over of the carpet and other stuff used in it.also the bathroom was really bad and everytime i used the washbasin the drainage made loud noise.the staff statement was contradictory now and then
