I visited this place with my colleagues Mr Antony Stevin, Its really very Nice place, Very polite and helpful staff mainly i am happy with the canteen crew Mr.Shankar and Surakasha both are very helpful and polite. Nice breakfast, Nice food we enjoy alot...

This hotel is placed in the middle of the hustling bustling area of Piplod , Dumas and very close to malls theaters, shopping centers and street food. The hotel is ***aged by the IHCL group of hotels which also owns the Taj , true to their name , the service , cleanliness and all aspects are great. Staff are very friendly and ready to help , I stayed in one of those luxury rooms and it’s worth the money. The breakfast has a great choice of delights and they also serve methi water and health foods , Sri***tha and Surkshata are always there to welcome you to ask your room number and place you a seat. Very helpful for all especially senior citizens and they do a great job. If you want me to be critical, the only negative I found is that their billing takes quite ling and that can irritate you , may be because of their servers or other factors.

Had been a comfortable stay and comfortable space. With the new restaurant in place (qmin) the hospitality has just the best to offer. Thanks to Sri***tha and Souraksha for the special gesture and care.

Front office staff Ms. Somalisa & Ms. Panchali are very friendly and helpful Also good breakfast Spread The bed size is good and the pillows are fluffy which was requested prior to booking Will look to have stay in near future as well, can also be recommended for solo stays and business stays
