Had a short transit stay in surat for a personal work. The location of the hotel is very good - right opposite the railway station. Highly recommend.

I found beer cans in the room, which the hotel was not aware about, also the ac was on for 10 mins and then goes off by self, it happened the whole night, not staying anymore there, also a simple bottle of water was also not provided.

No parking for car at all have to park at railway station parking and coming walking all way and have to hand over the car key to them

Its in prime location near to railway station
service was good, overall experience was better. All staff was co-oprative and supportive.

The hotel staff could not even clean the room. Even after keeping the keys for the whole day with them. Not recommended. Stay at your own risk.
