賓館是經營多年的，也多次入住了，基本上都是通過去哪兒下單的。這次遇到點周折：登記的説沒有顯示去哪兒訂單，讓我們退掉直接辦理入住。嘗試取消訂單未果，找去哪兒客服後，她就給辦了，還説下次不要用去哪兒，衹有攜程和**可以。房間空調太老，遙控器失靈，幸虧我有小米手機。温度打不起來，將就用吧。電視遙控器靈敏度太低，要反覆按，使勁按才行。衞生間蓮蓬頭局部堵塞，出水不好調。地面積水，比較滑，衹好用浴巾墊上。

前台一個老女人，真是麪由心生，態度極差，這老女人幹一天，酒店就少一天的客户，出差三年最差的服務態度，沒有之一，千萬別住！
