First of all, this is not Trump brand hotel. Trump hotel is located in Miami downtown. I did not know it till now. We spent money in the gift store for nothing because we want to support Mr. Trump. They should rename the hotel name. Don't fool the tralvelers.
The hotel needs a renovation. The roof and entry wall have stains. Looks kind of dirty for 4**** hotel. The room is spacious but not worth for 4**** hotel and again NOT Trump brand hotel.

海灘可以，沒有外來人員進入！整體客房設施一般般，幾乎都是made in china！包括洗漱用品！最好用自帶的洗漱用品！景色不錯！不值得住兩天！大堂的日本料理貴的離譜，因為料理水平太一般！兩個人一頓飯126美金，➕這個➕那個費用最後收了210.58美金，真是附加費用高死了！完全沒有特朗普的品味！

Staff was friendly and property was very clean, beach access was nice and convenient, only complaint would be everything was so expensive and all the tax, service charges etc

Happy to share our experience with some details to help fellow travelers make their decision! In short: Solid 4 stars.
Pros:
Staffing. The staffing is truly excellent. We'd like to particularly mention Robert and Rayniel in Concierge and Leon and Tashane at beach service. They took such good care of us throughout the duration of our 4 night stay.
Room: We had a bay view double queen room on floor 22 with a wraparound porch. Amazing views out of two sides of the room via huge double glass sliding doors. The rooms are HUGE.
Beach service included nice chairs. Beach menu contained good options for the beach. We particularly enjoyed the Old Bay fries, the nachos and seltzer buckets.
Location: Everything is walkable. Publix, restaurants, etc. We were pleased with that aspect of the location.
Cons:
We read many reviews criticizing the "dated" condition of the overall property. There is merit to that. The shower heads need replaced. Many reviews cite the shower heads and having experienced my own, it's necessary. No complaints about our room cleanliness. The claims that the pool areas need maintenance are true. None of the decorative fountains are in working order - all standing water which is very noticeable. Our porch had a hot tub containing dirty water and debris. Fixing these issues could really bump the ratings.
Service charges: Service charge on everything. Resort food is $$$. We elected to eat mostly off resort.
Would return for the right price for a 4-star.
