Wij zijn met 7 personen, 2 gezinnen op vakantie gegaan, onze kamer had een wc-lek, plekken op de lakens die niet ververst werden, 3 x opnieuw moeten gaan klagen over de wc-lek. Water van de douch is naar de avond toe over het volledige hotel erg koud. Zwembad is enorm klein. Het andere gezin had een kapotte douche die op de 3 de dag vermaakt werd na 3 x gaan klagen. Elke buiten terras word de volledige dag niet gekuist of opgeruimt. De barvrouw die regelmatig achter de bar staat is erg onbeleeft , niet klantvriendelijk. All in is alleen maar 2 uurtjes geldig over het buffet van ochtend, middag, avond. Is niet ver van het centrum, wel het positieve punt. Er staat gratis wifi aanwezig, vanaf de 6 de verdieping heb je totaal geen internetverbinding meer. Soms werkt de internet beneden, maar is ook maar af en toe. Kamers worden niet deftig gekuist. Handdoeken worden pas ververst na meerdere malen gaan vragen. Online staan er activiteiten geplant, maar komt er ook niet van. Een echte afrader! Er zijn hier wel super hotels in de buurt, maar zeker niet naar hotel Tia maria!

Het hotel is in en in slecht. Bij de receptie wordt geen Engels gesproken, de kamers worden niet schoongemaakt, lakens en handdoeken worden niet gewisseld,het ontbijt is slecht ( gerechten zijn koud en het brood is oud) het personeel is onvriendelijk. Het enige pluspunt is de ligging ten opzichte van strand en uitgaanscentrum

De douche was kapot. Na 3 dagen toch een douchekop gekregen, zonder bevestiging aan de muur. Kamer word niet gekuisd, nog de lakens ververst. De handdoeken moet je 8 dagen gebruiken. Het eten is eetbaar, maar moet vlug zijn anders had je restjes. Drinken moet je nemen wat ze hebben want er was altijd iets leeg. Personeel had geen zin om te werken. Geen animatie zoals er zou moeten in de beschrijving.

Hou er rekening mee dat dit een low budget, 3 sterrenhotel is. De kamer was sober, maar netjes, wordt om de 3 dagen gepoetst. Boek geen all in, alleen ontbijt, want in de omgeving zijn er kleine restaurantjes waar men beter kan eten. De all in is af te raden : plastic bekers en het eten in buffetvorm kan alleen in dessertborden. Alleen oranjesap bij eten, voor andere dranken moet je in de bar in de lounge zijn. Van 10 h "s morgens tot 22 h is de bar open, alleen is er niet altijd iemand aanwezig; Het eten is echt niet verzorgd : telkens opgewarmd, zodat het vlees hard en droog is. Het hotel had meestal oost europese gasten. NB; De ijsjes zijn heerlijk

Byłam w tym hotelu kilka lat temu. Wspomnienia miałam dobre, więc zignorowałam negatywne opinie i wybrałam ten hotel ponownie. To już nie jest ten sam hotel, to jest teraz horror. Płacisz za all inclusive, a go nie ma. Alkoholi prawie w barze nie ma. Barman ma 16 lat i pojęcia o swojej pracy nie ma. Ale to nie jest najgorsze. Najgorsze jest to, że naczynia są TYLKO płukane pod zimną wodą. Obsługa nie stosuje detergentów do mycia naczyń, o wyparzarce zapomnij. Kawy, herbaty na all inclusive nie ma nawet do obiadu i kolacji, a co dopiero pomiędzy posiłkami! Obsługa w stołówce jest nieuprzejma, krzyczy na gości. Jedzenie jest złej jakosci, jakby produkty z kubla na śmieci wyciagli. Brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa w hotelu z powodu dilerów na stałe rezydujących w hotelu i proponujących narkotyki gościom!!!

After a flight cancellation we were put up at this hotel by TUI, definitely wouldn't choose it. It seems as though they had actually shut for the season and opened it back up just for us 300 odd passengers looking for somewhere to stay. With 1 person on reception it took around 4/5 hours for everyone to be checked in which wasn't a great start. The hotel is very very basic and most of the rooms had problems with the electrics. Our room was one of the better ones I think but still not great. Dirty bedsheets, lumpy pillows with marks on, smears on the walls, a bathroom that smelt like urine and half a roll of toilet paper provided! The air con didn't work either so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night which was fine as we were on the 6th floor. The barrier on the balcony didn't seem that sturdy either which was a bit alarming being so high up! I don't know if it would be better in high season when it was open properly but there were no pool facilities open, no drinks or food on site and the hotel in general was very run down and a bit of a state. Maybe do the job for a first lads holiday but gave Inbetweeners Movie vibes and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We had out flight cancelled and 267 passengers took to this disgusting filthy hotel we had to queue for hours from 00.00hrs till 4.00 am to be greated by one very rude male on reception who was drinking on the job. After we was given out first room what was on floor six door already open no lock on door smelf bad of sewage all the furniture was Broke and no air con it was baking in there so we go back down and the very rude man gave us a room on ground floor what was even worse than the first poo all over mattress no sheets on the bed holes in the walls and ants and bugs all over the floor hair all the floor was pure disgusting. When we up to the rude receptionist he made us wait till 6.30am till he gave us something else. With him blackmailing us to sign a form saying we Had no complaints and hotel was ok not a chance was we signing it then we was threatened with the police and then to be told he didn't like English people that why he made us suffer with no room siting in reception till 6.30am. Breakfast was disgusting all fire exits locked up overall the worst experience in a hotel I've ever had!!!!! I would not of left animals in there net alone human beings!!! Abseloutly vile place!!!!

After a flight cancellation we were told we would be put up in a hotel for the night. For 1 hotel to take 276 passengers in says alot only 1 member of staff to book us all in which did take approximately 5 hrs 0000 to 0500. Once you had your room it was pot luck if it was clean, had electric, had running water or even toilet rolls which you had to ask for. This hotel should never be used or visited by anybody and the airport shouldn't use it for cancelled flights.

Everything falling apart, electricity from key fob fell apart, scruffy rooms, rude staff, don't recognise English speaking, balcony dangerous, AVOID BIG STYLE, food atrocious, feels like you eating in a dungeon
