Hotel was very good! Food in restaurant was very tasty! Entertainment was amazing,the best animator was Teke.He was very funny, beautiful and energy!I like this hotel so much!Maria was very smile and energy animator too! these animators gave us seven unforgettable days!I will miss them very much, thank you for these days!!!❤️

This is our 2nd time this year absolutely love this hotel. Staff friendly the whole place is clean food is delicious always something to eat comfortable beds and room cleaned daily. The animation team are excellent. Everyone here works so hard shout out to hamii and reddii bar staff. And tekka and rusec. Animation staff. Really hope they will be here next year. Already looking to book next june. Thankyou again ❤️❤️❤️

Good location, close to the beach. The rooms are large, but in general, the furniture and mattresses need renewal. The maids are smiling, the rooms are cleaned perfectly. The staff at the reception is excellently trained, they speak several languages, they are kind and patient. The restaurant has a large terrace with very good cuisine. The dishes are varied, everything I tried was delicious. Everywhere it shines with purity! I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and would visit it again. Thank you!

Last year we got unexpected days off at work and found this hotel with good price and believed we'll get what we pay for. And we got a lot more what we expected. Came back to this resort and not disappointed at all. Even invited my family to join us as I'm celebrating my "55"

When booking through our agency and also cross-referencing with the hotel's website and other review platforms, it was clearly indicated that the check-in time is at 2:00 PM, with a check-out time at 12:00 PM. However, upon arrival, my sister and mother were informed by the reception that their rooms would only be available by 3:00 PM, and they were expected to check out by 11:00 AM. Despite my mother's attempts to show them the agreement and the information on the website that aligned with the original timing, their concerns fell on deaf ears. I am profoundly dissatisfied with this experience. I had booked this trip as a gift, with the hope that everything would proceed smoothly, but unfortunately, the hotel's mismanagement has marred what should have been a pleasant beginning. After enduring a 13-hour drive and an 8-hour wait, the access to their rooms and facilities was necessary, as basic as it should be, especially considering the comfort and convenience of travelers. The lack of professionalism displayed by the hotel staff is deeply disappointing. Their failure to uphold the initially communicated check-in and check-out times reflects a disheartening level of unprofessionalism.

Im lucky enough to go on plenty of holidays and only write reviews now a days to warn people off coming to this hotel. The hotel is close enough to the beach and bars and shops, so the location is great if u like a Blackpool on steroids vibe. The hotel itself is tired. The rooms are of a good size but carpeted and carpets are dirty. Walls and furnishings tidy enough. Curtains are very thin, so let s lot light in.No kettle hairdryer, but fidge works well. Pools big but again tired. plenty of bars but serve very poor quality alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks are fine, but no bottle water will not fill bottle up baby beakers up, etc. have to be severed a cup of water and do yourself. Life guards do nothing but sit around smoking no point being there one was spitting on floor.. disgusting. Snack bar serves pizza chips and hotdog every day, never changes, and be prepared to wait in ques for this. Food hall is the worst food ever experienced. Limited choice and very dirty dont change table cloth after someone eaten on it just sweep it with brush from dustpan and baby high chairs are unsafe and very dirty. All staff are lazy and rude and miserable. The place lacks management to watch staff, making sure they are working hard and being cheerful. If could have gotten a plane home early I would have, I opted to pay to move hotel and cut my losses. This place is terrible, and i warn any English guests with family do not come.

A beautiful hotel with a spacious room. (we paid for upgrade) A family of 3 . The room was clean and was serviced very well. Fantastic cleaners The food was 8 out of 10 with plenty of choice. Something for everyone. And chips pizza and icecream all afternoon for kids Plenty sunbeds. Had to get up early and claim some around pool area. Bar staff excellent The kids club were fantastic and our son loved spending a few hours there playing every day. The animators for kids entertainment were fantastic and made our boys holiday. He loved the games through the day. All were welcomed. The life guard/guards didnt seem to do much and sat around thier table talking most of the day about 90% of the time. One would sit on duty usually watching thier phone . So be aware of your children in the pool at all times. . Saying that we would definitely come back here again as we had a lovely holiday. Its near the beach if you want to go. A 5 minute walk. It's away from the hussle and bussle of the center. . While only a short walk to get there too. The ****** part was closed since covid. And not reopened yet. There wasnt many english families there. I think there were only 2 other english families there. Most were eastern European. . That wasnt a problem just making you aware.
