Convenient, welcoming location. Staff very attentive. In the middle of a remodel, but quiet and all services available.

Friendly and fast front desk help when we arrived late and tired. Much appreciated! Pillows a bit lumpy. Breakfast was basic. Daughter got hot cocoa to go but the lid had no opening to drink from. She spilled on herself as she tried to remove the entire lid and drink.

The night manager was lovely, very accommodating and sympathetic, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Stains on the closet door and on the side of the toilet did not make us feel welcome and we were not prepared to stay in a dirty room. We were moved with apologies, and the 2nd room was fine, but we were not impressed based on our initial experience.

The room was clean and quiet. I was able to adjust the temperature to my comfort level. My only complaint is that there is no seating area in which to enjoy the complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the evening.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff are genuinely nice. JC was SO helpful - he ensured our 2 rooms were close to each other and we were also able to check-in a bit early.
