Zeer goede verwelkoming door Yusuf, Abdel sami, Oumaima en chef Reda. Ze zijn de beste personeelsleden van het resort. Altijd hoffelijk en zeer snel in het vervullen van onze wensen. Zo'n personeelsleden zijn goud waard. Wij danken jullie voor het aangenaam maken van ons verblijf! Het eten was subliem en de villa werd proper gehouden. Wij keren zeker terug!

We just came in the middle of the night into the restaurant that was closed, but we found there Youssef and asked him if we could have a meal. He walked us to a nice table at the beach, gave us the menu and ordered everything from the hotel itself instead of the restaurant, because the restaurant was closed already. So they brought food on a car. It was a lovely experience, delicious food, and nice atmosphere. Thanks Youssef for the service.

Youssef our waiter at Infinity restaurant was excellent helpful and well informed about the menu. He is a real service asset to your business look after him. The pool was lovely too and the life guards very helpful and attentive. The welcome too at reception was warm on arrival

It was a birthday escape for my family and while the beach is mot always fun, the staff made a lot of difference. Rooms super clean, pools a lot of fun but Youssef and Abdo brought world class service and beaming smiles to the experience. Stars!

Planning a family and friend getaway can be a juggling act, but Simaisma Resort made it a breeze! Our stay last Thursday night was pure magic, and the credit goes entirely to their incredible resort team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after. The team's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made our entire group feel comfortable and relaxed. It was the perfect environment for creating memories that will last a lifetime. Speaking of memories, a special shout-out to the team for surprising my wife with a delicious birthday cake! It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made her day. Seriously, that cake was amazing! Thanks to Simaisma Resort, our family and friends had a fantastic time. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

The staffs are friendly, accommodating and full of energy. Just ask what you need and they take an action right away. Have a great experience, everybody enjoyed a lot especially the kids. Surely we'll be back again soon.❤️❤️❤️

It was a terrible experience due to the un explained delay in everything .. food & services specially I had to fight my way in everything I ask for Having alot of guests doesn’t execuse the lack of good service Just wanted to have a good time & enjoy the weather & beach but unfortunately that doesn’t happen

I have visited the resort many times for Buffets. The staff are professional, helpful, easy to communicate with. Especially Mariel & Abdelsamie who made our visits smooth and comfortable. Chief Reda has made our visits unforgettable, and each time he surprises us with his talent and the amazing food tastes he cooks. Keep it up guys!

We had a great experience here even just for a night. And we're already planning to come back soon. We stayed with our family and friends for our son's birthday and everybody was amazed with how wonderful the place and accomodation was. We highly appreciated Ms. Oumaima for the warm welcome and great assistance.
