kamar executive aslinya lumayan bagus tapi kebersihan kamarnya kurang diperhatikan, Petugasnya kebersihan kurang professional. Kain korden lepas banyak yg lepas. Di wastafel ada tahi cicak, kain sprei kurang besar ukurannya dan asal dipasang dan spreinya kusut bagian dalam slimut.
juga pramusaji waktu breakfast habis mengambil piring kotor dari tamu makan sebelumnya. Meja tidak dilap pdhal jelas terlihat bekas makanan dan air masih di meja krn menunggu lama akhirnya saya panggil dan jawabanya ketus
Sayang sekali hotel sekelas bintang 4 tp petugasnya asal2 an dan gak profesisional.

環境：位於BROMO山腰，非常美！妹妹説像極了哈利波特的場景，安靜但安全！不塞車到山頂開日出就半小時，但出發需要預備3小時，因為一定塞車。
服務：超級棒！第一次享受到AFTERNOON DESSERT是可以管飽的那種，太實在了！但注意，都是印尼特色小吃，所以不習慣的朋友要避雷。
交通：基本到酒店的路上一路暢通，泗水中心區過去，不到3小時可達。從酒店到泗水JUNADA機場，2小時即可。
衞生：很老舊，被子潮濕有股黴味！😫😫😫不知道是不是跟雨季有關係。。。

設施：一般，房間真的太小了，兩個人轉不開身，好在有熱水，但是在火山村附近算是很不錯的
衞生：還行床品是乾淨的
環境：在bromo山腳下算是很不錯的了，凌晨上山可以多睡會
服務：還行，早餐挺豐富的但是不咋地好吃

餐廳很棒，風景很美，員工很友善，房間設施一般，但是在山裡算不錯的了。酒店內環境優美，還有小童室內遊玩設施。
