23年第一次入住該酒店，馬桶堵住，因為沒有評價的習慣也因為不想麻煩選擇了沉默，這次因為3月份入住的維也納酒店有點遠離市區所以再次入住，結果給我安排同樣的房間，同樣的事情再次發生-馬桶堵了，因為趕時間出門沒選擇更換房間，衹服務員過來維修了一下，結果晚上回來發現房間裏面有小蟑螂，跟服務員説了沒大反應，反而因為我沒加微信發發票臉色不好，整個入住體驗差到低谷，入住兩次被噁心了兩次，這還是入住時服務員跟我説免費升的商務房型！！！

價格在隨州不算便宜，房間也大，但是衞生堪憂，服務跟不上。
一晚上換了三間房子才算有一個還能勉強入住的，前兩個房間的衞生請看圖片。
服務不行，晚上讓換床單，説客房下班了，讓直接換房間，我們説你們檢查好沒問題我們換，結果換了房間還是一團糟，後來説你們自己看着檢查吧，檢查好了再住，我們衹有一個前台和一個保安值班，其他人沒有，我簡直服了

酒店很乾凈，設施也不錯，床很舒服從湛江一路過來，這家是性價比最高的一間。因為我們定的房間在棋牌房樓下，前台小姐姐怕吵到我們給升級了房間，很暖心。

酒店房間非常大，空調也很暖，住在裏面感覺很舒適。不過在隨州，房間價格稍微高了一點點，如果促銷力度再大一些就很完美了

第一次入住，不管是從外觀還是內部環境都很好，在辦理入住的時候，特意詢問了自己預訂的有沒有含早，酒店很貼心的送了一份早餐，早餐時間很包容，7點到九點半，早餐種類很多樣，平時不愛吃早餐的我，都加菜加了兩波，服務態度也很好，五星好評當之無愧
