Staff and management were extremely kind and helpful when I needed to extend my stay because of vehicle issues. They recommended several trustworthy local mechanics. Amenities are spotless and spacious, including a lovely recreation room with sofas, books, a TV and other entertainment options. The unpowered sites are large and comfortable, with some beautiful birds visiting periodically. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this park many years ago a lot of upgrades have been done staff very friendly and welcoming nothing to much trouble lots of shade large sites for those who need them the gardens all being upgraded a lovely park to stay in and will come back too in the future. Carole and John

Very average service. Park Manager is rude, very defensive and not willing to be of much assistance. Not willing to honour a discount claiming it is an ‘online-only’ promotion, even though the terms do not state this. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Either way, we will happily never return. Also be sure to wash the dishes before you use anything as you are relying on the previous guest to have actually cleaned them properly for you. Anywhere that makes guests clean dishes should have a dishwasher to ensure they are sufficiently sanitised.

Great CP, lots of shade 10 minutes to City and the strand very well priced compared to others in Townsville. Enjoyed our 5 night stay . We had to cut it short due to caravan issues they were gracious and gave us a 2 day refund. We were very greatful ❤️

Although it was hidden away The cabin was good, the bed and pillows were comfortable the staff was good, it was nice and quiet and relaxing after being out all day. The facilities were good. I would recommend the place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay in Townsville.

Nice campsite with good clean facilities. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the pool and the friendly people there. It was close to the road but we didn’t really notice the noise as we were on the far side. Lots of lovely birds and nice gardens.

Our unit was a very old unit, very rundown. Floor covering and rotting wall panels need updating. Huge problem with ants all throughout. Much of what is advertised on website is not the case, eg WiFi only worked in rec room, no kiosk. Due to the isolation a small kiosk would be beneficial. Temperature switch in fridge broken, contents constantly frozen.

Lovely park , amenities lovely and clean . Staff very friendly . Would recommend this park and if I was traveling back here would definitely stay again . Felt completely safe ..Good valve , quite , nice pool .

Great place for a stopover or stay in Townsville. Very welcoming and great service from the managers of the park Deb & Pete. (Murphy Brown) Good location, great sites available for all sizes of vans, vehicles or caravans. Very clean, comfortable with friendly staff Well down highly recommended Makes your holiday/stay very enjoyable
