I really liked the location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and stocked, the parking meter has a discount with the hotel, The team is very friendly, they always say hello and helped me a lot, Check in was very fast and the explanations they gave us were very easy to understand.

Excellent staff at this well located Premier Inn. Our room on the top floor was very clean, quiet and had an excellent wet room, as we requested. Shout out to James and the housekeeping team for a great job well done. We visited the Lowry museum and theatre, Imperial War Museum and Outlet shopping. All within easy walking distance. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

We chose this hotel to visit Old Trafford Stadium. It was approx 20 minute walk which was perfect. Very welcoming and super helpful staff. Car park next door which seemed secure and discounted rate via hotel. Room was comfy, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Excellent value for money. Would recommend.

I recently experienced outstanding customer service at Premier Inn Salford Media City, thanks to Mike and Shelter. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist truly made me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend Premier Inn for their exceptional customer service, exemplified by Mike and Shelter's professionalism and attentiveness.

The staff are superb .. friendly, professional, knowledgeable in particular Mike Emma, Lizzie Sarah,Jade, Home from home but better! would recommend very pleasant stay. My only criticism is having to go through the centralised number for certain requests which was long winded with wait times. A company issue not Media City branch issue. It is difficult to book online website has restrictions

Mr White has stayed in most of the Media City / Old Trafford hotels and rates this one very highly. Only two things to address: - reception says to ring bell if unattended... there is no bell - room 1018 left bath tap a little loose perhaps a washer problem. No immediate issue but worth alerting maintenance. Otherwise a great night's sleep. Impressive breakfast options. Mr White spotted a colleague taking a very large glass of wine back to their room. Recommended.

Had a lovely time staying at the hotel, staff were incredibly helpful. big thanks to Sara and Lizzy who were so friendly and quick to help me with any problems I might have, will definitely be coming back to stay.

Excellent service at our meal by Sara and Lizzie. Great service at breakfast as well. Room was exactly as we requested and our night's sleep was completely unbroken. Ideal base to visit the Coronation Street Experience and the War Museum, both of which are nearby.
