No surprises, no delights.
As expected so we booked a practical location, with parking ( didn’t realise overnight fee is £6 as often it’s free at Premier inn for overnight guests) and standard amenities.
Bathroom shower curtains had some smell otherwise standard cleanliness.
Breakfast a slight miss as most Premier Inn can do a better cooked English full breakfast.
Given our purpose and location of hotel, we would stay again.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely best night sleep I've had in a while. Treated ourselves to breakfast in the morning, Rick seated us and the food was hot and fresh and it was lovely. Will definitely come again if in Manchester

Just stayed for two night and first impressions was good. If you want to be right near the Manchester United stadium then this is the hotel for you. Was greeted by reception staff and they was all very helpful. Room was lovely and clean and the beds are soooo comfortable. Breakfast was lovely also and Rick and niko was very accommodating. I will certainly be back. All the staff are fantastic

What a lovely experience. Stayed here with my partner and sister and the rooms were clean and tidy and restaurant as you'd expect from a premier inn. The thing that makes this hotel though is the staff particularly, Amiee and Alex. Professional, friendly and just overall very good at thie job. Top stuff 👏

Clean hotel with delicious food and fun staff, all extremely helpful and friendly. Keep an eye out for Alex and Sydney who are a real treat! Both hard working and helping us throughout our whole stay from a seamless check in to quick service with a smile in the restaurant. We thank all the staff of the hotel for their kindness and can’t wait to be back!

Premier inn sir Alex Ferguson. Amazing service by Marie and Alex at premier sir Alex Ferguson. Just to let everyone know, you can’t actual tip the staff at the location in the till as they have taken away this ability and the reviews are the best way to get the staff a tip!

Fabulous stay for 2 nights Staff were excellent , especially in the dining room, these included Sydney, Alex Aimee and Paddy, service with a smile and conversation is what makes an establishment, well done to these guys, prompt, efficient check in, rooms were club rooms so very clean

Stayed for a couple of nights for work. The hotel was very clean and comfy. I ate in the restaurant both nights, the food was great and the service from Marie and Aimee was first class. I had two separate bookings and the front desk put them together to save me checking out and in again, very helpful. I would happily stay again when I'm next in Manchester.

Great location for work and business trip. Great meal with a good selection of choices. Great sleep, in great beds. Overall very very good. Would recommend premier inn for your stay in the uk. What more is there is say to use up 200min of characters?!
