Biz Apartment Bromma

Dit hotel is relatief nieuw, maar het ligt ver weg van het stadscentrum en heeft geen uitzicht. Online staat geschreven dat er geen kosten zijn voor parkeren, maar er geldt een toeslag van  100 voor parkeren bij het hotel. Het ontbijt moet worden ingepakt de kamer, maar het personeel is erg vriendelijk, vooral als je in de hotelkamer bent. Bij het parkeren is er een supermarkt onder het hotel, wat erg handig is, maar de parkeerplaats is erg moeilijk te vinden!

Geweldige plek voor het geld! 30 minuten van het centrum. Het heeft mij verdrievoudigd!

De service is oké. De faciliteiten zijn compleet en de inrichting is eenvoudig en stijlvol. Gezondheid is goed. Er is een groot winkelcentrum in de buurt en verschillende supermarkten met een breed assortiment. Openbaar vervoer is handig. Maar de taxi kan niet stoppen bij de poort en moet meer dan 100 meter lopen. Het vervelende is dat er geen bagagekarretje is, dus ik moet hem alleen slepen... Voor de rest is alles goed, je kunt hier blijven opnieuw.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The ICA hypermarket is just a minute away. While the hotel is not in the city center, it is well connected by public transport, with a tram line right in front of the building.

The price for this hotel is reasonable with the very very good location surrounded by community mall and train station.

We liked everything except the fact that we have been told at the arrival that parking must be paid separately which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement prior booking. The parking is 150SEK per day. We would appreciate if this was communicated before.

Clean and modern apartment style hotel. Good location close to Bromma Blocks shopping mall and close to the tram. There are also EV chargers at the parking lot. Some downsides were that the windows could not be opened (we had to get a key from the reception to open the window) and the reception ran out of toilet papir in the evening. They also charge extra for towels and the housekeeping only cleans the room once a week.

The gentle that checked me in at the front desk was not friendly. I don’t feel welcome. When one of the lift was not working, I did not see the sign and when I approached the gentleman in olive skin at the front desk I was just trying to ask him if my swipe card is not working ? I haven’t open my mouth yet he’s already gave me a side eye and said very abruptly that - There’s a Sign there with a very sassy voice and attitude. Even though it’s not a four or five star service apartment I don’t think any customer should be treated like that when people wants to ask for help or questions in a hospitality industry. I normally don’t write a bad review unless it’s a bit rude. Apart from that it’s an affordable accommodation, the Bromma Blocks tram is right in front of the apartment and below is Maxi supermarket which is very convenient. Very easy getting to the city and back. I will be back and give this place another chance but not served by that gentleman in olive skin he needs to learn a better manner. I hope the manager read this go through this with his staff with a better front desk skill.

Although its far away from the city centre, its right next to a railway station so i think its fine
