Het hotel is oké, maar de hygiëne is gemiddeld en er zitten haren op de handdoeken. Mooie locatie.

Het hotel ligt op bijna 1 km afstand van de oude straatattracties en op 260 meter afstand van de regenboogbus naar de luchthaven. Het ligt vlakbij het treinstation. Het is erg handig. Het ontbijt is ook erg uitgebreid. Het metrostation is ook heel dichtbij. De kamer is niet groot en de locatie is goed.

Het hotel is zeer schoon, netjes en uniek. Niet ver van het treinstation is vervoer handig. Het is heel dicht bij Queen Street en slechts een kilometer van de oude stad. De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden bevinden zich allemaal in de oude stad, op loopafstand. Het hotelontbijt is rijk en gevarieerd. Het restaurant is groot en de ober is erg knap. Toen hij het restaurant verliet, zei hij zachtjes tegen me: "Fijne dag". Het lijkt erop dat Europeanen deze gewoonte hebben? !

Checking in at 3 pm is quite late, especially after arriving from an early flight at 9:15 am. I inquired about early check-in, and even though several other travelers arrived around the same time, it wasn't clear whether they booked through Trip.com or directly with the hotel. I found myself waiting around the hotel for nearly 2 hours in the hope of securing an early check-in. However, the response I received when I inquired about a room was, "You can return and check again if a room becomes available, but check-in time is at 3." I was exhausted and took my chances, waiting for almost 2 hours, and fortunately, a room became available. What surprised me was that the guest service at the front desk didn't proactively inform me when a room was ready, even though I was waiting in the lobby area, which is relatively small and not far from the counter. As for breakfast, it was decent, but I encountered a disappointing incident. I placed my food on the table and briefly left to get coffee, but upon my return, I found that the table had been cleared, including the fresh food I had taken. On the positive side, the hotel's location is quite convenient, being close to Central Station and within easy walking distance of various points of interest. Apart from the late check-in and the breakfast table issues, everything else about the hotel was satisfactory.

Spacious room and located near airport express

Beautiful hotel and rooms, well maintained. Location is walking distance from the main attractions and also from the central station. Room has a big size. Breakfast has many options and it is good. I would definitely go back.
