Room was clean and contemporary with nice little touches including hand weights, nice room lighting controls. Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of healthy choices, including vegetarian and gluten free options. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was great, Train was down so took bus from airport to Central station & then tram to hotel. Mavis checked us in & was wonderful. Elevator worked well. Breakfast was included in room cost & was full of great choices. Hotel was close to many areas of interest.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and cute. The breakfast was excellent with many healthy options. Location is convenient to everything and the subway / bus system is clean and easy to use. I found several healthy vegan options for dinner within 15 min walk.

My experience was very negative. The first room they gave me was very noisy. The second one was a bit better but the beds were really uncomfortable and the blinds did not keep the room dark. Also the AC was very loud if turned on during the night. I had trouble sleeping evey night and that negatively affected my overall trip. I am very surprised my the rating of this hotel.
Negative:
- noisy rooms
- uncomfortable beds (too soft)
- lack of cleanliness
- useless blinds (room very bright at early morning)
- outdated and unrefined decor

I really liked this hotel and would definitely go back. It was a great location and good price for such a great location. I especially loved how much space I had in the room.
