Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles prima. We konden buiten ontbijten, met een prachtig uitzicht richting Riva del Garda. Buffetvorm, op aanvraag krijg je extra gebakken eieren en omeletten. Alles schoon en goed ingericht. Ondergrondse garage voor parkeren. Een korte wandeling naar Arco. Ontvang goede restaurantaanbevelingen. We komen graag terug.

Mooi hotel van recente bouw, met een zorgvuldig ontwerp, opgeleid en hoffelijk personeel. Zeer rustige omgeving, maar u kunt de honderd in een paar minuten te voet bereiken. Sterke punten: Zeer rijk, gevarieerd ontbijt, van hoge kwaliteit zowel zoet als hartig. Panoramisch terras met ligstoelen, jacuzzi en sauna, voor een zeer aangename pauze. Alles goed verzorgd door de levering van shampoo en body cream, tot de prachtig ontworpen pantoffels die erg handig zijn om toegang te krijgen tot de ontspanningsruimtes van het hotel. Handige garagebox. Sober maar gezellig ingericht. Zeer comfortabele bedden, spectaculaire tv's. De enige tekortkomingen, de douche die direct in de kamer kijkt (geen privacy) - de onze was een kamer met 4 bedden, het ontbreken van een kleine tafel of bureau. Zelfs het balkon, hoewel groot en panoramisch, heeft slechts 2 stoelen en geen tafel. Het algemene oordeel is echter zeer positief.

Lovely hotel, not very big but friendly staff and good breakfast. No restaurant, but town centre is not far. we had a family suite with a large balcony with great view.

Hotel was modern and clean, well priced, excellent rooms with luxury shower, bath robes and slippers, made you feel special. Breakfast was excellent., great choice, and omelets were freshly made and lovely. Secure parking underground, and town center with cafes and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Wonderful clean hotel with friendly staff. Close to Riva exhibition centre and easy walk into Arco for restaurants. Breakfast selection is good and well stocked bar. Only minor thing was reception/bar closing at 9pm as it was off season. We were travelling for business and would have liked a drink at the hotel after the restaurant. We were back at the hotel by 10pm - 11pm.

Perfect stay at this hotel. Already a costumer and still will be choosing this place every time we visit Arco and other places near. Hospitality and comfort at it’s best. Very delicious breakfast with lot of choices. Very clean and comfortable room. Amazing view of the mountains, castle and so many other great opportunities and facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We booked last minute and only stayed here because most of the places in Riva were already booked. I’m so glad that we did. The room (we had a big family room with two double beds) was immaculate with great mattresses and pillows. Nice fridge and kettle provided. Balcony was great. Room is modern and sunny. Teenage girl did NOT like that the shower is open to the room with zero privacy. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and lovely seating on the outside patio. We borrowed bikes from the hotel and cycled along the river to Riva. There were a few issues (hot tub didn’t work and plumbing issues in our room) but staff were apologetic and made every attempt to fix the issues. The staff here seem happy and more than willing to give recommendations and help. Isiah on the front desk is a gem. I’d definitely stay again even though the location was further from Riva than we were hoping.
