A delightful bnb in the heart of Stellenbosch where the staff become your friends overnight The feature was Bianca full breakfast Had 2. Were some of best cooked breakfast I have had anywhere! Secluded pool and comfortable accommodation in a leafy suburb Thoroughly enjoyed

The most overrated place I have ever stayed at. The 4 1/2 rating boggles the mind. My allocated room was not suitable because I have mobility issues. The tiny hole in the wall under a staircase was dark and smelly. I was unable to open the yellow frosted windows because the view was the bottom of a staircase with the odd empty paint tin. What you see on the site is definitely trick photography!!! Then the battle to get back some of my deposit ensued… many phone calls to a most unhelpful Sandra. Overall experience was of a very old and dilapidated house.

We were allocated a room with a queen size bed and found this and the room size too small. Sandra promptly moved us to a two bedroom unit which was excellent and suited us perfectly. Sandra and the staff were very service minded and helpful.

Sandra is an extremely warm host with amazing hospitality. She was very accommodating with my check in request (I was checking out from a different hotel and she allowed me to leave my luggage at reception as check in was 2PM. This allowed me to run my pre-booked errands). I found my luggage in my room and keys were left in a safe location for me to collect (all this was communicated in advance). Breakfast is fresh and delicious!! The facilities are amazing and the hotel is in a very quiet area of Stellenbosch and very accessible by Uber and walking if preferred.

We really enjoyed our stay. Sandra is a very warm and attentive host. Likewise, her staff are really lovely people who made our stay very enjoyable. The service is very good, the warmth is outstanding. The house is also a little haven of well-being. I will be back again.

I will definitely be staying at 5 Seasons again. Such helpful and happy people. Even though I was arriving late on a Sunday evening, everything was sorted out for me. The room had everything and more. The TV connection wasn't functioning properly on arrival but that was fixed immediately. The breakfast was delicious.

Our family stayed in the 2-bedroomed cottage adjacent to the main house. It was perfect! Spotlessly clean, lovely bath and shower, very comfortable beds and linen, aircon/heating, nicely equipped kitchenette with Nespresso machine. Condiments, tea & coffee, milk and mineral water provided. Even some sherry was on offer as a welcome drink. TVs in both bedrooms. The hostess/owner is Sandra who is the most warm and welcoming person. She couldn't do enough for us and we really appreciated her friendliness. The breakfast she gave us was fantastic. We agree with the other reviewers: Sandra's scones are the BEST! The house is centrally located yet in a very quiet and pretty side street of Stellenbosch. We highly recommend 5 Seasons Guesthouse and would happily stay there again.
