Room and looks nothing like photos on website

The property was quiet and clean. It was a little run down, however. The air conditioning in our room did not work. Thankfully the temperature outside was mild enough that it was not an issue. Most of the breakfast items were not available (drink machines weren't working) and by the time we got there at 8:30 am (breakfast ends at 9:00) they had stopped restocking so there was no fresh coffee and very little batter left to make a waffle. If you stay here and want a breakfast, get in early because it will be gone and won't be restocked. We made it through the night OK, but I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

The room was not cleaned well. The refrigerator, lamp, phone, and air conditioner didn’t work. I asked to move to a different room and even though it was supposed to be non smoking, it reeked of cigarettes. A maintenance person came to the original room and got the lamp and refrigerator working. Breakfast was a joke. Overall terrible experience and will never stay there again.

The hotel staff was challenging to understand on checking and was frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. Upon arriving at the room we found a ceiling falling into the room, mold growth on the walls, and bedding covered in stains. The hotel is in need of major work and cleaning. I am beyond disappointed at this stay and highly suggest no one consider ever staying here!

We’ve stayed at this property twice now. This was the final straw. The workout room is ridiculous-the equipment does not work well or doesn’t work at all. We stopped in for the continental breakfast. It was 8:20. First my husband was told that items would not be replenished because breakfast was almost over. Then when I went to the front desk to checkout and I asked what time breakfast was done, I was told 9 am. I asked why items were not replenished when we asked and was told they were low on supplies. Seems like they use whatever excuse is convenient.

I did not stay at this hotel. As I sent to you in a chat the day I was to check in, it was a dilapidated mess - NOTHING like your pictures - with an obvious solicitation being conducted through a car window at what was once the drive-up at the front door, AND I SAID I WANTED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION. Booked for a GSU function and only available motel/hotel in area. We got there later in the evening with an early morning wake up call so we weren’t there for very long, luckily. We paid $128 and I can only assume that it was only increased as all the other motels/hotels were sold out. Would not recommend this motel unless you are only staying for a night and they are charging their normal price of $63 a night. The only positives that I have: The staff at the front desk were professional and polite and the linens on the bed smelled clean. It was hard to know where entrance to the office was so we drove around to the back and almost decided to leave immediately, but we thought possibly they were doing renovations, and that would explain the rundown trashed look of the grounds. We had a non smoking suite with a king size bed. Unfortunately, I don’t know if was because the walls are thin but the room still smelled like stale cigarettes. That wasn’t the worst of it. The mirror that was placed behind the TV looked like somebody hadn’t cleaned it in months and I don’t know what was all over it but I’ll leave it to your imagination. The bathroom toilet was dingy looking and the bottom of the toilet looked like it was covered in urine stains with hair. It was not clean at all. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. The walls stained or chipped throughout the room.

The exterior appearance seems that it needs a face lift. The interior of our room (115) needed updating/repairs. There is evidence of water leaking in the ceiling and mold growth over the entrance door.

The front door was located behold a boarded up bar and the front desk attended did not seem like he wanted to be there. When I reminded him I had booked a handicap room, he informed me that they only had one and someone was living in that room so noone could rent it. He then gave me a room on the first floor at least. When I entered the room and turned on the lights, no less than 6 roaches ran across the floor and bed. We left immediately and I demanded a full refund. The clerk said it was a common issue. We were forced to pay double to find another room on such short notice.
