Estuvimos ahí por una noche la verdad nos quedamos sin aire acondicionado por toda la noche en dos cuartos . Rentamos 4 habitaciones,baños no estaban muy limpios .El desayuno no había mucho solo un poco de cereal y 3 panes café . La verdad no lo recomiendo. Gracias

Could not adjust the temp or fan on the AC/Heater it was either 60 degrees or off. They gave only two towels, one hand towel and two rags some of which looked dirty.

The management at this hotel had terrible customer service. They were not able to accommodate an elderly couple and their caregiver in a first floor room. There was no way for the couple to get to a second floor room with their walkers. The property would not issue a refund even though they could not check the party in. They said it was up to ******* to issue the refund. ******* refused a refund stating there were no special requests entered on the reservation. C’mon, the 88 year old couple was good to make an online reservation while traveling on the road for an emergency. They deserve the benefit of the doubt and the hotel did not incur any expenses. The Days Inn in Statesboro, Ga. and ******* demonstrated greed over service. Despicable!

Sheets stained no hot water rooms nasty. Had to go ask for toilet paper. Just shut this place down!!

The handicap room bathroom didn’t have a walk-in shower. How is a challenged person supposed to climb over a tall bathtub? The bed was so high that a person would need a step ladder to get in. I’m 5’10’”. Makes no sense. The tv operation was absurdly difficult. A $50 charge was added to the bill to cover “possible damage”.My wife and I are 80 years old, what on earth were they expecting us to do? Days Inn has seen the last of us.

I am very disappointed in my stay here at the days inn room #227 nothing is like the pictures online.
There are no headboards to the beds, no pictures on the walls, no alarm clock, no phone, microwave did not work at all. It came on but never heated. You can leave it on for a few minutes and open up the door and It would be room
temperature inside the microwave.
No toilet paper, no extra linens. When we asked for extra linens they were damp/wet. the Wi-Fi For the room, never worked on any of our devices when we tried to connect. Very unacceptable!

Choose because of proximity to an event we were attending: Room had a urine odor, furnishing very old, one trash receptacle which we kept moving back & forth bathroom to room, shower head was corroded so we did not take a shower.Towels did not look clean so we requested new set , no box of facial tissue. Could not get TV to work . Eventually received help from employee, then we coulda’t turn it off so we unplugged.
Oh there was one good amenity: hot water at the bathroom sink. I felt as if I was on a TV reality show “The worst hotel room stay ever”. I must say, I did not see any bedbugs and the one staff member we encountered was very cordial and helpful. She checked us in and brought towels and fixed the TV. Please note, this is not indicative of all Days Inn. Thankful this was only a one night stay.

No tv service.no refrigerator that work,no cups for coffee,no bucket for ice ,the ac didn't get cool.no toilet paper.
