Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

Rooms seem to lack updating and need maintenance. Door key would not work upon check in. Tub/toilet room is in need of complete renovation. Fixtures, lighting, ceiling in need of repairs/replacing. Some housekeeping items were missed like filth/dust on the floors, empty toilet tissue rolls. Rooms slated as 2 “queen sized” beds. Beds were more along the lines of full sized. If management and maintenance items were addressed this hotel has a ton of potential.

I have stayed here many times, you can tell that I’ve done some upgrades recently. It is a great value for State College. Will definitely be staying there again. It is a very big place, and they do have a pool and offer continental breakfast in the morning. Not a great breakfast, but it’s something. There is a bar and restaurant attached, it is nice to go there for happy hour. They offer five dollar coupon. The staff is nice.

Drunk people in the hallways, man in the parking lot asking people for spare change. The rooms are okay, definitely outdated. The pool was nice but strong chlorine smell and left some of the kids with a rash on their bodies. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was pretty clean. The exterior doors do not lock which means anyone off the street can come and go anytime!! We won’t stay here again.

It was indifferent. We’ve stayed before and it was fine. I did however book an exterior room and was provided with an interior. The breakfast was great, good options. The bathtub was a bit dirty, but it rinsed off. The bathroom amenities were small compared to most places, but a better brand than most .

Booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and both were closed. Desk worker told us if we didn’t like the fact it was being worked on, then we could cancel our stay. Then, in the room, we only got 3 pillows and asked for more. They brought us 1 extra, told us it was our max, and that they couldn’t give us anymore pillows or else we’d be suspect to be stealing them.
